the 924 is better choice if you thinking people as few pounds get you a scanner also.

got my 2 printers today....excellent......set it up...i am running on win me....and it works fine......THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HELPED ME ....

which model and drivers you using?

If its 924 then I will kick my self, please elaborate on your post

There are NO driver for win me with dell 725 and the lexmark z735 drivers does not work as it doesnt detect the printer, if anyone has manged to make it work please provide information thnx

got a phone call at 8:30am today! ... was a little !!!!!! off as was in serious need of a sleep in today :rolleyes: They wanted to ask if they shoud deliver in the AM or PM on Monday:D

netto have Jet Tec Inkjet Refill kits - £3.49 for black refill kit and £5.49 for the colour refill kit. I'm guessing that these refill kits are compatible with the Dell 924.

sorry for the delay in replying.....i'm not very techie, but i just set it all up and used the disc sent with it....and it all works......i am definatly running on win me and it was the 924 i bought.

I would like to suggest that people post their experiences back onto this thread/page when they are refilling their cartridges in the Dell 924 printer. I have yet to unpack mine.

I think you will find that there is an update for 725 drivers. Go to microsoft update or dell support.
