Hmm back to work and throughly tired - didn't help having trains cancelled on way homeSo the list above has turned into a bit of a list for the week really.
Need to sit down and address money at some point. I took £40 out of the bank Friday - for the meal out but I only had to put £6 towards thisso £34 left, then had to do a top-up food shop for bbq at the weekend £7 so £27 left then had lunch at the lovely cafe £2 = £25 left then had to buy new storage sorter £20 = £5 left, took another £10 out to make £15 and had this ready for night out sunday but wasn't wanting to spend this much - got into an unavoidable situation of buying rounds  mine was the cheapest drink and when it was my turn had to buy 2 other people drinks too - and so the £15 disappeared. I had a really great time to be fair but i am the person who has less money than everyone else
:o:o and i know i should be in a position where i can just buy a round of drinks for friends / family and not be worried about or be worrying about how i'll keep up with everything else
So, there has to be some sort of balance between making overpayments, saving and having some sort of a life
Coupled with this, the months have wizzed by and i have 2 weddings to attend in the next 2weeks - both involve overnight stays and the rooms aren't paid for in full as yet  no presents bought - my friends so it'll be me buying theseand just realised its not just the rooms that'll need paying for but drinks there too *gulp*
Lots of pondering to be done on this methinks but as i am very tired right now so a noce deep sleep tonight should set me up for my full day tomorrow.
Yikes! We're already in May and my great plan of may has not been posted - certainly by the end of this week i'll pop it on here

Glad you had some time to yourself over the weekend DDFW, walks and BBQ's sound fab!
I'm not being very good with the diet and exercise either at the moment, though I've stuck pretty well to having breakfast as I started doing a while back.
I haven't made much of a plan for May either, need to get focussed.
Hope you had a good night's sleep last night!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I have a half day hols for tomorrow - will still have p/t work in the morning and then f/t work just means i should be home at a relatively decent hour  so am hoping i can get the grocery shopping done to save having to do that this weekend
Am hoping for a bit of time to myself this weekend and a re-evaluation of things. I'm also hoping to go for a bit of a walk :j lots and lots to ponder over at the moment though i need to get a busy thursday and friday out of the way first.
Right now bed beckons - very tired indeed.
Jwil - thanks for you post hon and i'll try and catch up with your thread tomorrow xCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Bleurgh! A very unsettled nights sleep means i am far less than perky this morning
and gosh! looking at the time it is the afternoon already  Plan of the shower last night didn't work - as the boiler is broken i can often struggle to get hot water
I did have someone out to repair this but alls they could do was patch it up which is fair enough really. So plans for today rae to have a shower and finish off my list for the week.
This is where I'm up to: ~

E-bay done - well everything listed that was in my box but am looking round to see if there is anything else i can sell
;)
Got quite down there for a bit- so have put some music on quite loud - and have given myself a good talking to resulting in a fasting day next week and a return to swimming :T - thyroid problem or not i need to shift 3+ stone - so we'll keep it at a target of 3 now and quibble over the change when we get there  So this has perked me up mightily - although the glass of wine i've just poured myself may have something to do with that too hic! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Will also be posting my May plan tomorrow - don't want to be on comp when OH comes in.
Also have a MS report to write :cool:CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
