Sounds like you have had a very productive bank holiday weekend! I did venture to the tip....one thing I have learned over the last year is that there is always someone there to help you unload at the other end if you need it, so don't be afraid to ask!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Oops
illness stops work _pale_ Have felt particularly rubbish all day - thought it was just being back at work :rotfl::rotfl: but have been feeling bleurgh all day. Anywho's got home and just got on with things as you do and then illness struck! Really hoping i've just neglected to eat enough rather than being actually ill - i just can't take time off work
So plans are somewhat scuppered but i have at least done alot more folders than i intended to in 1 go. Have a bag full of rubbish and a large pile of shredding to do. Not too worried about this - most of the stuff i'm getting rid of are papers which it was important to keep for a time but am happy that these can go now. Will do a quick tidy up of what i've lifted out and then bed - hoping i wake up feeling loads better
Hope it has been a good day for everyoneCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

1, wash up Tonight
2, [STRIKE]Sort out 4 folders on shelf - there must be about 30 to get through  need to sort out, put into some sort of order and then pop the other folders in there with them as these are currently sat in a pile in the living room [/STRIKE]:o Done! 1 entire shelf - hope to tackle shelf 2 tonight then that is 1 area completely done :j
3, Clear make-up into drawer - should be space to put it in and lift it out when needed in the morning Must do later
4,[STRIKE] Clear stuff off bedside cabinet - think its only about 1 letter that needs to be moved but still needs doing[/STRIKE] Done!
5, [STRIKE]Write letter for recorded delivery - figured post office would probably be too busy today[/STRIKE]Done! Posted and even took my coat to the cleaners - winter one
6, [STRIKE]Declutter last magazine from landing [/STRIKE]:T Done! In bag ready to while away the time on the trains to work
7, Declutter last items from sofa :j:j:j Getting there - a big push tonight should see this done
8, Decide where ornament is going and shift it - need to get ladders out for this so not so straightforward :rotfl:Tonight!
So i can see where i am up to with everything on my list nowGetting through all those folders was a big job but am so pleased now
Pile of folders in living room has gone and i just need to do 2nd shelf later - this should be quicker as i have already been through these in the past so its just a case of checking i'm not keeping anything unnecessarily
Ooh 1 job always seems to lead to another doesn't it? Well i've got to sort out papers for large electricals too! Also have to go through receipts, ring garage, request forms for MS tax return, shopping listWill see what i can get through later as i have to be up early for shopping and a very little hour of p/t work.
Also need to go to the bank in my lunch hour today and tomorrow  Friday will hopefully see all these little/big jobs finished off and then i can get up, put tea in slow cooker and set to work cleaning house from top to bottom - it is quite quick if everything else is done :T Gosh! I'm all rock and roll aren't I? Thing is its just so much nicer really to sit down in a nice clean house once in a while x

I know what you mean about relaxing in a nice clean house, I've got a LONG way to go to get there, but I cannot wait until the day I can.
Hope you get some 'you' time over the weekend, and are properly feeling better now."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Hi jwil :hello:
Many thanks - well i am feeling somewhat better - i think for me now i need to look at my lifestyle - in truth i don't eat properly most of the time and am not exercising enough. Putting down the lack of exercise due to illness is just not good enough. I think i am going to start powerwalking - before building it up into a run as there is a bit of a route that i want to cover but no way i could run that distance right now  I am also going to start batch cooking again and freeze up individual portions then i have no reason to say i'll just have toast for tea because its only me eating at that time. Once i start making these changes that should help
I have breakfasted most days this week so that helps too.
