    Have a good day.

I can't believe how many NPBs there are at the moment on ebay, I've had so many recently!

Non-paying bidder - someone who wins your ebay auction and doesn't pay, grrr..... :)

  • Hey All!

Thanks for answering dragons question jwil :)

Must admit to being in a pretty bad mood right now Grr! First of all i managed to log in to OU to find out my course starts next week  I have had no notification whatsoever so need to dash about sorting that out now  Whilst its something i'm looking forward to - in a scared to death sort of way ;) - my finding out by chance that it starts now is a bit of a shock. I guess they'd say that i should have known from when i signed up - which i think was feb or march and i'm sure i usually get some sort of correspondence!

Then i checked my banking which is looking terrible :( i don't know where all my money has gone but it has :( well - there was the car tax, the home insurance, meal out with friends and then taking away a bit extra for hols wiped me out :( Really hope i can bring some back. Then checked my other bank to find a direct debit had been taken for the insurance which i paid for in full - i've spoken to 3 different people and still haven't got my complaint logged! Just shows though that i am probably really stressed over money again having had things so tight this month - it doesn't help that the kettle broke and i had to replace that too *le sigh*

And then a wonderful message from an ebay buyer who apparently accidentally bid on one of my items, they didn't mean to bid on it but now that they have if they win said item they won't be paying for it  How on earth do you accidentally bid on something that you have to click confirm on a couple of times i do not know. I could do with a break from bay of e as i seem to be having a long bout of hassle at the mo. but then cash is king and i *need* the money :o

    *Phew*

Sorry folks - may feel better if i can get this complaint logged so will have another attempt - wish me luck :)

    Woo to compensation!

Does your ebay listing have long to go? Cancel their bid. It will save you a lot of hassle in the long run. I had to do that with a numpty too, it's very frustrating.

I've never had notification from OU that a course is about to start, but then I've never done a non-Feb start so I always know when to expect them. I'd be totally confused with an autumn one. Hope it's good though!

  • Hey jwil i've spent a bit of time looking around on the bay of e and i cannot find how to cancel the bid :o there are several watchers on the item so i can only hope it gets a bid of a couple of pence more to someone who wants it :undecided

And after my chitter chattering the other day about OU low and behold they have sent me an email now - i knew i usually got something off them ;)

Sold a book profit of about £1 that i'll get next month ready for the £300 extra in october challenge :D Sold something on amaz*n too - again funds due in in october :T Ooh and my compensation will be here next month as well ( only a few pounds but good-o) - and all the stuff i have listed on the bay of e ends in october too :T
