Nice to see you again DDFW. Glad you had a good night's sleep. Hope you feel better soon too.

Fingers crossed you have some good ebay sales as well!

  • A very fleeting visit after logging in much earlier and then being distrated by a survey, an annoying bay of e message and a visit from the neighbours phew! Can'y believe i still have to go to work after such a hectic morning which also involved laundry, a brief tidy up, mucho list making and various payments being made - along with a complaint.

So, i have updated my sig as i went ahead and paid the overpayment on the mortgage :) Very pleased with myself really as i see this as an essential bill that has to be paid rather than thinking 'ooh' spare money each month :D So thats been done although the o/d still stands at the same amount - it *should* all be gone in teh next couple of months so i am not fretting about it but equally don't want to get too laid back about it as it is a bill that i have had for literally years :o So it WILL be paid off as soon as the pennies make it possible.

I have also just paid for the car tax - at an eye watering £215  i did think about doing it for 6 months even though in the long run it costs more but i *think* my insurance is due in 6 months so i just weny ahead and paid it :(

I still haven't sorted out the home insurance and will need to do that today if at all possible - going to give them a call if i get the chance to on my lunch hour and then that is all settled.

I also need to withdraw the £100 birthday budget today - i've seen a gift that should be suitable for £30 so that will come out of this and that leaves £70 for taxis, drinks and meal and i'll really try and make it less than that too ;)

Had another fairly decent nights kip so feel better for that too - still feel dreadful alot of the time - completely achey / shivery and exhausted but the rest is helping :)

Several 99p items ending tonight a fair few with watchers *please* bid people its only 99p! :D

Sold a book i'll need to dig out and get posted :) only made like £1 on it if that but its an item gone and money in which is what counts :)

Hope everyone is well and sorry i didn't get chance to dash around and 'see' you all this morning xxx

Good luck for some sales! I sell my books for 50p at a boot sale, so I figure getting £1 for one on ebay is a result!

  • Well i have got myself into a complete and utter fug over things :( I need to pick myself up and carry on with things, i need to enjoy what i am doing and appreciate things in life and instead i am in a fug :o

I thought maybe i should start a new diary ? You know, renewed plans giving out energy and focus and all that ? But then i don't want to start a new one until this one has ended - which it won't with £1030 hanging over me :(

I know its not just the money thats bugging me *sigh*

Sorry to be such a moaning thing but i am in this mood and need to shake it but can't - already had a good cry - maybe i need another one ? i certain;y don't feel any better. I guess i just want to get this week out of the way now and then maybe i'll cheer up a bit ? :undecided

So lets talk money then shall we ?

I had to give a really annoying refund on the bay of e  Properly annoyed me it did and as i had to pay for the item being returned to me it wiped out the very small profit i had made that week too :(:( Not sure if i'll get a refund from the post office either. Because the item was returned as damaged so not as described it has been binned as it can't be used for anything now and it certainly wasn't like that when it was posted. It's also not a breakable item but was returned torn - Anyways that has really not helped with my money situation as i now have a couple of bits to post but not got the money there to do it :(

I have got bids on a few things and *fingers crossed* will get bids on other things too. I need to sell stuff as i went through my money things the other day and do not have a bean for my holiday spends :( So its selling as there is nothing to cutback on :( My mr seems pretty shocked by the amount of spends i am taking (very little) but it will have to do.

Aw, Dedicated, stop being so hard on yourself!

Have a few days rest and see how you feel: I can't help but feel you are just exhausted and therefore every little bad thing that happens feels a million percent worse as a result.

Be nice to yourself! *Wags finger hard*

Aw thanks pickle :) To be honest though i think after whats happened i might be in a little sulk about it for quite some time :o A few ays rest sounds good but i just think the more time between the event and the now will take the edge off things - for no other reason than its in the past and i can't carry on being annoyed / upset about it constantly - its just not good for me :o
