Well i'm cracking on with all this sorting out - weather not as bright and a bit cooler today so its not encouraging me to sit out in it
I've done some basic housework this week - will have some more to do later as i'm going to be busy this weekend - hoping to go carbooting, to a jubilee thing, host our own jubilee thing (hence the reason for more cleaning / tidying
) and then do all the getting ready for the working week stuff too  Obviously i still have all the usual cooking of meals, washing pots etc. to do as well.
Will see how far i can get with stuff today though, the more i sort then hopefully the more i can list, the more i can list then hopefully the more chance i have of things selling and that = catching up on debt repayments and lowering the amount i owe which is still in the thousands
I know next week i should be clearing target 3 in full and this will then leave me 3 outstanding debts - 1 of which won't show on my credit file as its money i kinda owe OH and this is the next target after the credit card target 5. Need to catch up with things really as OH has been making noises about this money so the quicker i can clear target 5 (currently 0% but that will end ) and give OH the money then the better really. That'll leave me with the last target - target 7 which is my overdraft that i live inBe lovely to get that paid off - i've managed it a couple of times before but when the mortgage needed paying it got used
then when my car cost me over £1000 in repairs broken down into more affordable sounding 'ooh this has broken its £350' one month the next month 'oh this is £300 to fix' and then '£400 to get it through its mot
' it all had to be used again
So i'd better get back on with it then!CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Wow, you've done so well DDFW :T :T :T
Hope you are having a good weekend.
You have lots of clothes! (Or I might just have very few) :rotfl:"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Ta jwil, i think i have alot! of clothes tooPart of that is because i love fashion but i think alot of it is due to my poor self-esteem / self-image too - so i perhaps need to work on that bit more than the clothes xx

Yes, but you seem to love them and wear them so that's fine. One day when I decide to smarten up you can be my guru"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

So progress of sorts is being made
The eb*y listing is slow going but thats due to a number of things but mainly because i have not got a pile of stuff ready to list so i need to sort things out first of all which is time consuming and that i have had a number of things going on this last few days which have taken up my time. Oh and my computer brokewhich i had to pay to get fixed (more money lost)
so was without this for a couple of days as well.
I have stallled on the clothes sorting just now but that was due to a jubilee party :j and now because i can't get into the room where the clothes are until later on. But there is still plenty to do in preparation of being at work tomorrow - total bleurghness!
Hope everyone is well xCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Grr to computers breaking.
Well done on the sorting and listing though!
Hope you had a good time at the Jubilee party!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Thanks honAnd yes - very, very annoying about the computer - the money i spent getting it working again has set me back on other things too  i know people might think i should have emergency / maintenance pots for these things but as every spare penny pays the debt monster back then this is not possible
I say every spare penny - i did treat myself todayto a little cake - feeling sorry for myself so i required comfort food
And a little accessory in the sale - reduced by 70% and i had the change in my purse ready for it :T
Will just pop over to your diary hon and then i might think of doing some breakfast/lunch/tea ? i know i should eat better than this but i cannot face food in the morning sometimes and the rest of the day got away with me
Then after that i can hopefully press on with more of this wardrobe editing and find some eb*yable treasures
Lets hope so anyways - in the back of my mind i'm thinking of jan / feb when i *had* to sell stuff i really wanted to keepand think that this month and next will be just like that
So i need to sort out the easier to part with stuff as soon as possible and hopefully make a bit on it and then i'll know exactly what i still need to raise
