Hey DDFW, hope your OH came round and you managed to get out for a bit. Otherwise, I hope you had some relaxing time outside.
It sounds like a good idea to have your thyroid checked again, it's not nice feeling exhausted all of the time.
Have a good evening"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Target 1 Start Balance 10/03/12 £2535
10, £2535 - 700 = 1835
11, £1835 - 4.80 = 1830.20
12, £1830.20 - 12.51 = 1817.69
13, £1817.69 - 1.63 = 1816.06
13, £1816.06 - 15.00 = 1801.06
14, £1801.06 - 3.55 = 1797.51
15, £1797.51 - 15.44 = 1782.07
16, £1782.07 - 1.25 = 1780.82
17, £1780.82 - 1.96 = 1778.86
18, £1778.86 - 2.00 = 1776.86
19, £1776.86 - 10.00 = 1766.86
20, £1766.86 - 6.63 = 1760.23
21, £1760.23 - 31.93 = 1728.30
22, £1728.30 - 22.69 = 1705.61
23, £1705.61 - 80.00 = 1625.61
24, £1625.61 - 7.00 = 1618.61
25, £1618.61 - 25.00 = 1593.61
26, £1593.61 - 5.00 = 1588.61
27, £1588.61 - 71.26 = 1517.35
28, £1517.35 - 2.88 - 2.47 =1512
29, £1512.00 - 162.39 = 1349.61

Hi all
i am sorry i have neglected my diary somewhat of late. Lots of things have not been great lately but i do not want to talk about bad / sad or just plain annoying things. I want to talk about positive things
I have continued to PAD away at target 4 :T Unbelieveably i have reduced the balance by more than i would have thought possible this monthMy aim was to get the balance down to £1000 by the end of the month. I have made significant progress towards this and will be paying at least another £100 before the end of this month :j:j:j
Some of the PADs have been due to eb*y sales and i have 4 items which will currently sell as well :T
The sun has been shining which makes everything seem so much better
I had a lovely chat with the lovely neighbours
I am thinking about a little plan and this has been noted here to remind me to work on it tomorrow
I hope everyone else is goodCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Ah - i have spotted my little reminder and plotting and planning is definitely what i need to get on with today
I have checked my sales and another item has a bid on which i am very pleased aboutOf course, it would be nice if a few more of the bigger / bulkier things would sell so i get some space back - but i guess we can't have everything
I have also sold another book on greenmet :T Thats 2 when i only put them newly on within the last monthi am very pleased with that too
I am hoping that as its lighter later now that i may get some weeding done today - a hard and mostly thankless task but the garden always looks so much better for itAnd its a small workout too i suppose
My non-payment thing is still on-going  Why do people even do that?
I am also still needing to do a complaint letter - oh and have been asked to do another letter for a group i'm part of - i'd rather not to be honest but they all nominated meOH said its because i talk so much
I said i'd actually not talked that much but had tried to make sure i spoke to everyone in the group - even those sat furthest away if that makes sense ?
Right off i go to plot awayCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Good luck with the planning
Glad you had a nice day out with OH, and well done on the sales!
You've done so well with the overpayments this month too :T :T"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Morning All!
Once again this week has disappeared far too quickly for my liking. A cursory analysis shows that my time is being taken up with running around on behalf of othersSo next week i am really going to try and put something in place to stop that - i don't mind helping people out - and as its family its expected - but i am using up far too much of my time, energy and money (cost of running around) - all of which i am pretty low on anyway. So i needs me a plan for next week to stop this from happening  Please don't thing i am not being very nice - i am just being left with very little time to actually do things that need doing and i then don't have the energy to do them
In better news i have sold a few items on the bay of e again :T Not huge amounts of money but hoping if they all pay up then i will be able to pay £50 off debt
I have phone calls to make and letters to write - no-one is answering the phone - or at least i am in a very long queue that is so long before i have a chance to get through to someone the battery on my phone cuts out- yes we really need new house phones on top of everything else
Obviously though with letter writing and phone calls its all being pushed back whilst i run around for other people and these really are urgent now - so i am feeling a bit under pressureHoping tomorrow i won't feel so bad as i'm hoping to make some progress.
Hope everyone else is wellCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Thanks jwil - yes i am pleased with the overpayments - i think other than the bay of e and the £200 from savings (£700 really but i'd accounted for that so was trying to get from £2035 (after the £500) to £1000) the boost was from all the things i didn't buy and so transferred the money over instead. OH paid when we went out so i transferred £20 to the debt as i would have paid at lease that towards our day out.
