    Hi DDFW

You are doing so so well. It's brilliant the way you can find stuff to list...is it a real range? As you know jwil was saying that it never ceases to amaze what people will buy...go on, what's your personal triumph?? From the sounds of it you must have a few!

I also loved Freecycle..once someone came out specially to collect a half used can of hairspray...ok it was TIGI but..:rotfl:

Well done on the listings and sales DDFW! You've done so well. It's always nice when something you are giving up on sells suddenly!

Well done on your survey voucher too :)

    Hi brizzle :)

Thanks for the positivity :D ALOT of what i'd listed i'd have happily kept but i need the money :o and now that its listed i'm happy if it sells :D

I do sell a whole range of things - i collected things for a long time but due to finances the majority of this has been listed and sold - disney type things. More recently its all been clothes and shoes since i've got rid of just about everything else that i have.

I don't know why but i have sold a bundle of used (and out of date) car tax discs. Which could be one of the things that would come under 'i never thought would sell'.

How are you anyway? i must find the time to pop over to your thread :) Ooh did your car sell at all? :D Hope so

It's weird about the tax discs isn't it. I give all mine to DH who seems to collect them  Maybe I should claim them back :D

I sell all my empty ink cartridges on there, and I've been saving up all my empty perfume bottles which I am going to try.

    Thanks jwil :)

think i need to give myself a kick up the rear though and find ALOT more things to list :o

I agree about things that you're giving up on too. I just picked 1 of those items up the other day and thought i'd better give it to my friend for her carboot - i've alot going on with family at the mo. and no where to store anything and then it sold :T

Today though i have quite alot of books to sort through - will list them in the best place possible depending on type / price and then we'll see ;) I *might* have time to check some items out for eb*y but no promises for today :)

Yes - i am relieved that the end of the month is still a couple of weeks away yet :) I will report back with any updates :) Just got another £22.57 profit in from 2 items i've sold and posted and worked out fees on :)

Really hope a few of the things with watchers today get bids on too x

Hope your sales are going well :D

Yes - i don't understand with the tax discs *shrug* With the ink cartridges i have a place to check out for them. And yes i have also sold empty perfume bottles - generally i put them on at 99p and they go for this or just a bit more. Still its clutter out and money in ;)

  • Hi everyone,

May pop into the shower in a bit to see if it'll make me feel any better :o Felt cold and achey this last couple of hours :( I managed to eat about half of my lunch today and have just now had a few bites of my tea before throwing it away :o

Still managed to sort out some books and some other bits for eb*y - thought i'd be doing a big weekend catch-up as i was 10/50 items listed for sale but now i've got 27/50 :T Now we'll need to see if they'll sell. As alot of what i've listed is books thats made it quick but these may not actually sell so quickly so i'm hoping to find different items to sell too ;)
