Morning DDFW
How are you today. Bleach is a very strong product. We use it so often and forget that it can affect us just the way you are feeling now. Hope the car sells well and well done on all that you have done this month. Another one started now and soon some good weather hopefully
Take care

Sorry DDFW haven't been on here for a while as have been working but it sounds like you feel it's been some progress but not enough. I think you're doing fantastically well, especially in being so in control with your monitoring and recording. You seem to know exactly where you are with things. Very impressive! And the eBay sales sound great. Well done and give yourself a pat on the back

Thanks ebayqueen - both bleach and that brass cleaner product give me terrible headaches - like i feel awful for hours afterwards - i must just be sensitive to these things - i also make sure i have no brass products in my home too :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Silly car didn't sell sadlyStill i've taken some advice from the very kind jwil
and *fingers crossed* my beautiful car sells to a great buyer
Thank you for your positivity too ebayqueen - because there's still so much to do and so much to achieve i think its easy to keep struggling on with things rather than taking a step back to appreciate that progress *has* indeed been made. If i hadn't done all the extra stuff last month my position now would be far worse *gulp*. Hope all is well with you too hon and that you are back to your usual self
and also that your families exams went ok. Are you doing the £10 challenge this month?
Oh yes i'm hoping for nice weather too - it is very bitterly cold here *brr*brizzledfw wrote: »Sorry DDFW haven't been on here for a while as have been working but it sounds like you feel it's been some progress but not enough. Not to worry brizzle - i've been a bit rubbish about posting lately - thank you tooIts so true that i jot down exactly where i am up to with everything - can't wait until the dratted debts are gone! And imagine all the free time i'll have for more enjoyable things when i'm not trying to keep up with countless credit cards and overdrafts
I'm hoping for a free listing this weekend but have not heard anything
And i've quite a bit of stuff to re-list. Hope all is well with you and your family x
Take care of yourself DDFW, and well done on the payment. It's frustrating I know when it's extra to the debt.
Hey jwil - i know you and so many others on here understandHope you are feeling much better today
Well my headaches gone - although my hands are red raw and dry as anything  Ouchy! I have paid a bit more off the *catching up* debt so will need to update this

Also just had to pay for some tickets to a show in a few months time - really looking forward to it but thats extra money i've got to find too *eep*
Got £10 amaz*nia voucher today from a survey siteso thats good *note e to self : must not squander on shoes no matter how gorgeous*
Whats everyones plans for the weekend?
Me and my Mr will be going for a walk :T In view of the fact i've paid up to do a run and said how [STRIKE]slow[/STRIKE] fast i'll be i'm going to have to get my rear into gear and pound some pavements  As above i'll be listing on the bay of eAnd a takeaway may well be the order of the day too

Hey everyone
Not had a great day today been feeling a tad emotionali was up early-ish, parcels packaged and walk to post office done. Came home completely covered in snow which was oddly a fun little walk if somewhat chilly!
And now its late afternoon and i've achieved Nada - nothing - zilch
Which means of course that a bit of an epic list is in order for tomorrow:
1, Listing on the bay of e aim is at least 10 items
2, bake the cake! Needs to be done early as it needs lots of time to rise and rise
3, Check for surveys and complete them all :T
4, Sort out films
5, Cast on Knitting ready for next project
6, Usual amaz*n things
7, List bits on amaz*nia
8, Clear clutter off chair - yes all of it
9, Run - weather dependent - running on snow / ice is not my thing
10, Check banking
11, Check for any MS's and if i'm up to doing them
12, on-line course
13, Move stuff thats been left out in bedroom
14, read
15, do list for next week
16, make decision on GNR - will i get refunded if i don't get through the ballot? Hmm...
For Next Week:
Check out comp security
try and get a timetable for the gymCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
(((hugs))) ddfw, hope you feel a bit better soon.
It must be the kind of day for not achieving very much!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Thank you jwil
Well a bit of a change around today as i got up dastardly early and have got on with things. The most recent of which was my banking - i've cleared the -420 by using my bills money :eek::eek: So i need to re-coup this pronto so will need to get listing on the bay of e later! What i also worked out though is that if i can raise an extra £600 this month (well £604 and some odd pence) then i'll be in a much better position to tackle things next month! - so thats the £420 + an extra £180 hmm...
I have had to start a non-payment action against a buyer but if they pay up then thats a bit towards this and i've another item sold but not yet paid (but only sold recently so not too worried about this). These items are only things that cost a couple of pounds though - i need stuff with a much higher value or lots and lots of low value things that will sell!
Obviously if the car sells again that will help - but if i've repaid the -420 before then then that'll be more to throw at my debt :T and i obviously can't rely on the car selling as there are no guarantees of this.
Washed pots twice already today and getting some stuff done! Best get back to it xCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Well done on clearing your payments. If it gives you a breather to raise the extra money then it's worth it. Good luck on raising the extra though!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Thanks jwil - well it *had* to be paid back in the next few days so i've just done it now as i'm not expecting a large amount of money in- Also miscalculated my figures - well actually missed 2 things off which totals £100 so its £700 that i need to find  - i expect pretty soon i'll have listed all of the things that i am able to to try and raise some funds
The cake i made today is indeed scrummy - now i just need to check if i can freeze it up - it'll save me eating it all at once
Just having a bit of a breather before getting back to it. Bit of a grumble is that i want to list an item for £30 but its in one of those categories where it says i've hit my limit on - totally confuzzled by it. Would like to get it on later in the month though.CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000
