So today doesn't look too different to yesterday - more items to list on the bay of e, exercise, pots, surveys...

Spent all my free £5 vouchers in b**ts today - got lots of cream and some new make-up. i buy this anyway so saved alot and nicely stocked up on things i nearly had to buy at the full price

Got a few bits finishing on eb*y today too - fingers crossed for some sales here ;)

Well done on the bargains and good luck with the ebay sales!

    Hi ebayqueen

Aw it is absolutely lovely to know you too x Oof! exams - hoping all goes well there - am sending positive vibes :D Well hopefully people will start to watch your stuff and bid soon and once the listings done then things can always be easily re-listed which is good - although we'd all prefer things to sell first time round  I have over 70 items actively listed at the moment  although alot of those are things at 99p and i'm happy for them to go for that - actually really hoping they do go! My new aim is to list new (as in not listed before) items to a starting value of £500  i know its very unlikely they will all sell but i *need* to get funds in for these bills - £500 won't cover the total but i'll feel better aiming towards that nice round figure ;)

Hope you start to feel better too ebayqueen - know how rubbish it is to be lacking in energy so hoping you are back to yourself soon. I love bread :o and at the moment it is a cheap easy meal - sarnies for lunch & something on toast for tea :o But i have cut down the amount i eat in a day now. Weighed myself the other day and not lost 1lb - after a week of fairly healthy eating and over a week of exercise too :( OH did say i'm more toned which was nice of him but still i want that excess weight off :o - and i don't want to tone up at this size

i too haven't felt on form and some of my posts may have reflected that of late. But as i say i have a new challenge to find new items to list on e-b*y to the value of £500 start price - £12 down £488 to go *gulp* I did get a bit perked up this weekend as me and OH had a chat about what work needs doing on the house next and i sat down and made a plan :D Sadly the majority of it will cost money as getting specialists in :( But being in a house that doesn't look like a building site should help buck both of our spirits up :)

Spent ages in the bank today as i had less than £3 in a savings account - no idea how that happened so requested to move it to the overdraft - target 1 - when that was finally completed i was then asked if i had plans for paying off said O/D i said yes should be by march and then got asked if i'd like an appointment to see if they can offer me something to make it easier to pay off - Erm no - its going to be paid off in just over 4weeks and they never offered me any help when i had my huge interest rate credit card with them :undecided

Well done on the 1lb off :T Toning is still good though as it means you look good! Remember to do your measurements as that can show weight loss more than scales. Before I got married, I dropped about 3 dress sizes, but only lost 1.5 stone. Exercise and toning up made a huge difference, even though I didn't lose a lot of weight.

Hi brizzle and jwil thank you for stopping by :D

ebayqueen - i hope everything is ok with you :)

Urgh! Its just been one of those days ! Still, there is alot of day left and i have alot to do

Going to do some exercise after this post and then shower - hopefully i'll feel revived rather than shattered after this and can plough on with more e-b*y listings :) Although i need to find some things to sell first  Posted several parcels today :T typically have a couple of parcels which have sold but i've not received payment yet. Got some more bits ending today and some more in a few days - currently a few have watchers (which i know doesn't necessarily mean anything) and a couple have bids :T Which is good :)

Going to have to write out a bit of a plan later - i'll feel better then rather than things whirling around my head :o

Will ley you all know what conclusions i come to ;)

Doh! Sorry, I obviously can't read :o. It will come off though if you keep doing the right things.

    Well done on the listings!

Its fine jwil :D - i just felt i couldn't accept your congrats when none of the weight has budged. Still there'll be a weekly weigh in and i've got to lose something at one of them right? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Exercise done just awaiting shower :)

Put pen to paper to scrawl out a few plans - money just doesn't seem very stretchy though for some reason - maybe they should make it out of gum? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

After shower will try and rummage out some new bay of e goodies  Really hope everyone else pays up today as i don't want to make a special trip to the post office just for 1 parcel :o

Am finding it very frustrating being unable to make any overpayments to anything :( Got to look at bank again tonight and work out what i *need* to get in there to cover all DD's this month - its like i'm constantly playing catch-up again which is so annoying but its things like the car bill and even small stuff like kettle needing replacing and other unexpected breakages that we've had that takes me 2 steps back again :( I'd better just keep trying to raise the extra funds

You can do it DDFW :D

I read a brilliant tip in a book the other day about joining a slimming club:

On the day you join, eat and drink loads, wear as many heavy clothes as you can, don't go to the loo at all and then have your first weigh in.

When you go back the next week do the opposite, and then regardless of how 'good' you've been during the week, you'll be able to say you lost 1/2 a stone or so in your first week and you never have to go back again :rotfl:

You've paid off over £400 this month, so you've done pretty well methinks :)

Thanks for the nice comments jwil :)

Harrumph! though :( - i was going to list a few low value items but i seem to be being charged for the listings?? not sure why so am going to await free listing at 99p then listing fee, sold fee, payment fee then i'll wait or wait until i sort out a higher value item to sell  I guess at least the pics are done :undecided

Then wasted 15minutes on a phone call to my bank to see if they can offer me the deal they're offering to all existing customers - unsurprisingly no :( In the grand scheme of things if they had done this then i'd have saved nearly £240 this year in interest and 15mins would have been more than worth that. The thing is i've banked with them forever and didn't get any special perks when i started banking with them so it wasn't as though i was trying to take advantage of an offer twice over. Oh well.

    Money News

In order to make me feel like i've done *something* today towards these bills

1, did some more towards amaz*n vouchers
2, completed a survey and screened out of loads more
3, posted several parcels at the post office and got a couple more sales today - technically i've not done anything new here but in my defence i've had a hard day
4, all meals from what was already in
    5, an NSD

Time to give myself a stern talking to methinks :naughty: I have no idea where the day or even the week has gone to :( And this is just not good enough! I do have 'stuff' going on at the moment - BUT - i do need to be doing more! This debt does not seem to want to repay itself. For tonight though i'm just going to do a little pottering and pondering about things. I have hit the exhaustion levels again :( which is just no good - been like this the last two days but kinda didn't cotton on to it at first just thought it was tiredness due to lack of sleep which also can't be helping. Rightio! Tonight then, i'm going to be kind to myself and take it easy. Hopefully getting a good nights kip and starting tomorrow raring to go!

The plan for tomorrow will be a day of (mostly) 15minutes! - So hopefully i should get something done by the end of it! So i'll be in tomorrow to update how i'm going ;)
