sounds more like carb craving to me with a side order of fats :(

this sort of thing can be stopped if you want by breaking the addiction to carbs and getting your insulin levels back under control, it does take 2-3 weeks of moderate will power but once done makes life very much easier

I'm normally not too bad with willpower so I would give anything a go!

Hi SW - what a surprise to see your name on the thread! Aren't you a bit petite to be on here? lol. As for being a stalker well at least youre a nice stalker. Dont get me wrong, I'm still gonna lock the doors and windows but at least I'll know that the mad stalker on the other side of those doors and windows is a nice one ;-)

sound like you got fobbed off a bit to me! Anyway, do as he says,re: getting out more, and then go back to see him in a [STRIKE]few[/STRIKE]two weeks.

hospital for me in the morning im afraid so wont be posting on here bright and early. got to go and let somebody look at my liver, (apparently there is a liver in there somewhere), they're going to look on ultrasound (like a baby scan) I'm going to suggest that radar might be more useful instead, the type that they use when searching for a ship in an ocean ;-)

hey! just thought, if the results get mixed up then maybe i'll just end up 8 months pregnant, wouldnt that be an easy 7 or so lbs to lose! might be a little harder to explain to people though, and especially cos im not female!

hahahaha. So ted the peado stalker has a stalker himself!! :p

Cor my fat gypsy wedding......well. It reminds me of the armish community for some reason? I just think thats the community part though. They look so stupid, these kids wearing dresses they can't even walk in. This girl called Josie is 16, and left school at 11 because there is no need to go to school as she'll just keep the house clean. Its so trashy, thank god im not a gypo.

I'll post my weight which will be a sts im sure, when i go to bed!

    Charming:D

It does make a difference though, the fresh air and being active releases the endorphins! Go out with your friends, friends are everything!

V fat of 9 is bloody superb, im bordering 19/20 atm :(Thanks Eric I'm very happy about that too :D it was 15 last April when I got my scales so it has taken some time to get there

the resistance measuring of muscle mass is not super accurate, even less so on machines that do not have hand grips, even the better ones are +/- by 3-4% so some variation is inevitable but they do pick up trends (drinking, eating, exercising, tom and salt intake all effect the result)Mine is pretty level each week but only going up about 0.1% every 2-3 weeks

it is harder for a lady to build mass than a guy (go go testosterone) and a lot depends on the condition you are in when you start, if you have done no exercise for 5-10 years then it should come back pretty quickly to start, if you where pretty active then it will only go on slowly, i have chucked on loads of mass in the last 6 months, will be interesting to see the bodpod results when i get my !!! in gear and go back :pI think you should book it ASAP and see what a difference it makes

a lot depends on the type of exercise you do as well, to build faster you really need to do heavy lifting and not many girls want to do that and its unlikely doing so would make you look anything other than toned.

What kind of heavy lifting would I need to do? I really need to sort out my upper body but due to shoulder injury I am pretty weak in that department. So building some arm muscles and some pect's would be good.

Any advice on the belly flab I hate so much ?

    Hi everyone

I find it really difficult some days to eat 1200 calories without going over the fat levels I should have and decided what ever I ate to get the calories in would up my fat levels

But why did I end up eating chocolate? I'm sure I kept within the calories - my weigh in tomorrow morning will tell the truth, but I'm not expecting much of a loss
