Playmobil is great and well made. Only thing that bugs me is some of the accessories that come with the sets are tiny. DD got a deep sea diver set and it comes with the tiniest gold coins, half of which she's lost already.

All the sets we've bought, the empty boxes go up the attic, they are handy to find out what bits go with what set, as it's easy to forget when they get all mixed up. One of DD's sets that bugs me is the 'take along house' - the hinges come off very easily and I've had to attach them back on a good few times.

£35  That lots would be well into 3 figures on ebay. Bet you're really chuffed!
  • Playmobil is great, in fact Ive just had a look on their website to see if they are recruiting but I could not find any vacancies info *confused
Does anyone happen to know where they advertise their vacancies?
    Thanks :A

Very chuffed! We have birthdays coming up and x-mas so now have some fab pressies for the children. And the people selling were delighted because they obviously weren't aware how well playmobil keeps its prices. It wasn't new but in the original boxes and fantastic condition. He got the medieval house, a huge knights' castle and the viking boat. Poor thing has to lug it all home on the tube as we hadn't expected them to have so much stuff. We certainly weren't going to risk losing such a bargain by asking if we could come back and pick it up!!

I have to confess......the best bit about playmobil is that I get to build up the sets out the boxes for the kids...:o:o:D

My DGS aged 4 is now playing with the Playmobile my older boys had over 30 years later. It's wonderful.
