I printed off two with the same barcode; not intending on using them both. But when i used the first one they didnt scan the barcode so used the other one too at a different till

thanks for posting was just bit confused as to why people why bothering to sign up using different email addys if you can print off more than one! I can see this being stopped quickly too by debenhams as otherwise they will end up giving away loads.

i asked and the lady said only to be used on Debenham own products... not on concessions in store..

I spoke to a lovely lady in Debenhams last night, she was a Manageress. When I handed over my coupon to the sales assistant so saw it and came over to help process it, she told me they'd had training in the coupon in the morning and its an 'incentive' coupon to get people into store. In a week or two the Debenhams 25% xmas days start so this is just another promotion.

She was surprised that there wasn't a minimum spend but said that if it brings people in then thats all that matters. Coupons aren't scanning yet so you CAN just print off a couple THE SAME to use. (unless scanning has kicked in today, just watch the way thhey process the first one!) It is supposed to be one per customer though so don't use 2 at same till. They were asking me how to get hold of the coupon as they always miss out on these deals :rotfl:

You still have until the November 12 to spend these vouchers so no panic.

I see it as a £10 payback for all the hassle I had with them a few months ago about a faulty item I'd bought!! Shocking customer service!! :T
