I used mine today in Newcastle. The assistant had difficulty putting it through the till - went and got the supervisor and the two of them struggled with it for a while. Then they said that they'd just put it through manually as a 'discount failure' (!) and returned my £5 voucher to me telling me it wasn't able to be scanned.
Think when I'm shopping on Friday i might give it another go. Fantastic freebie!0 -
I used my voucher towards a £20 watch. The sales assistant said that the voucher could only be used if I was paying with a Debenhams card, I said I didnt have one so she asked where I had got the voucher from then. I said there was no mention of a Debenhams card on the voucher so she went and checked then came back and put it through.0

used two today one up stairs one down. They both went through ok. second one was a little harder and took 3 assistants. But they eventually put both through as voucher. 2011 wins!!!

theres no mention anywhere you need a store card so don't let them fob you off with that...i got the email voucher just by signing up for their emails0

used 3 on 3 different floors of the store
got £9.99 jml blue mop thing for £4.99
amazing magic tricks toy thats was £6 for £1
and
2012 dvd was £6 got it for £1
