Hey guys I have just printed another off at my Mums, she is not very computer friendly, and there is now no longer a bar code just a Unique Voucher Code?! Might help make it easier to go through the tills now!?

That's awful I would phone rather than email. Im sure it even says on the link that you sign up no minimum spend! Poor you!

I would just print out the page that says no minimum spend or if you have a phone just show them the page!

The assistant took awhile to process ours as kept tryingto enter barcode I just told her my mum tried and the assistant just put it through as other voucher and so that's what my checkout lady did as she got fed up trying to scan it in & entering the number so if you get someone who doesn't know just say that's what a friend suggested?!

Just wondered if anyone has used the voucher at Desire by Debenhams at the Fort, Birmingham? I assume they are the same and that the voucher can be used there (as there is nothing in the T+C's)/

That is awful to have this happen to you. I would be livid and I wouldn't be wasting anytime emailing them I would phone their customer service dept right away. I hope you got the name of the SA  There is no need for SAs to get like this, they are not employed to treat customers this way. It makes me so mad! I hope you get it sorted out, please let us know the outcome :)
