Hi Guys I used mine in store today-got a serving spoon (how boring!) and some xmas choc for Grandad :xmassmile Came to £6.30 (inc 20% off tableware so the two offers definitely work together.
The voucher didn't scan and the SA asked a colleague who said they had written instructions how to put it through-basically in the end it amounted to taking off the first two numbers on the barcode and it worked fine. They apologise for it having taken so long, but I wasn't bothered. Gonna get hubby to go tomorrow and get something else
Now I just have to test whether the balance can be paid by gift card, if so, I'm getting a fair bit of free stuff from Debs in the next week or so!Remember to always be yourself-unless you suck. Joss Whedon0 -
I am a Sales Manager at Debenhams Oxford Street and can confirm there is no minimum spend on the vouchers. Many of them do not scan so staff have to enter the 18 digit number into to the till so please be patient with them as the writing is rather small. I run the accessories department (handbags, scarves, purses etc) so please make sure you lovely londoners spend yours here0

Are the vouchers all scanning in today, as I went to use one yesterday and there was a huge dilemma as to what code to input? It would be easier to use if they can just scan it in, well less embarrassing when I send my other half to get something for me, or else he won't do it. Thanks0
