Voucher scanned but would not "go through" 4 other SA's 1x supervisor and 1x manager had ago in the end it wasn't scanned and put through as "other voucher".(also tried adding another £1 item incase till wanted an over £5 spend)
Doubt I could use a second as most of the staff would remember now.
As others have said unless they limit how many vouchers they email out i can see this being pulled long before the 12th.
Plenty of stuff for £5 or less: books, kids socks, undies, advent calenders and choccies, hair accessories, and a few small toys. If you don't have kids to buy for you will have to have a good root around but greetings cards and gift wrap, keyrings, single smellies, and single pairs of undies come to mind.
Do you know if it works if you spend under £5? As in if you find something for £4.99, would you have to add something else to get it over £5 to use the voucher? I don't normally shop Debenhams, but I'll go get a few bits if it's free or a very small spend (like £1).0 -
In my expereince they are pants for refunds done by post, they take ages, and for concessions ( Kaliko etc) it is up to 6 weeks (despite the law saying 30 days, they always have an excuse)
MMmm I am not sure as the online discount is a code and the voucher has a bar code scanned so it should be possible. I dont think the two are related.
I would think the 15% off code online would work numerous times (until it expires like all the other Debenhams codes) as you say0 -
The on store and on line offers are totally seperate so you can order online, juus input the online code for 15% off at checkout and then print out a voucher to use instore aswell!! Seems silly not to print off the £5 voucher when its free, even if you give it to someone else to use. I know some people don't live near a Debenhams!
My Mum just used hers on some gorgeous xmas crackers that were reduced already to £5.99. Lady just took the coupon and pressed a few buttons on till and then asked for 99p. :j

It does say 1 per customer not 1 per household so if there is more than 1 in your house there should be no problem with having 1 each0
