Morning all
We're all up, so time for a quick breakfast and then the DSs and I will put some clothes away. Then more flying/decluttering and a haircut later this afternoon. It's DH's day off, but he has started to pretty much live in our bedroom and only come down for food/drinks. He's even skipping tea on some days. I wonder if BD is responsible.
Have a good day, everyone.

Morning All
Hope you are all well, new windows and door all fitted (just at front of house, doing a bit at a time) and they look lovely:D Bed is still not back in position as there are a couple of small bits on the wall that they damaged when putting the windows in and are coming back out to plaster them, then I will be decorating my room, so bed stays put until room is decorated!
Piggers – Hope your sister gets on ok and doesn’t have to wait too long for her results and good luck with the mediation, think its rotten of your KH to treat the children in that manner, although nothing he does/says surprises me now, he is horrid!
Toots – Sorry you didn’t have such a good night, take it easy today x :A
Kaz – I agree with what piggers says, you are a part of their dads life now and as you said, you have welcomed them into your home with open arms x :grouphug:

Am feeling a bit grotty today. I think DD1 has given me her cold so not sure how much flying I will get done today. I am just having a lemsip to try and make myself feel a bit better as need to get the house into some sort of shape today as two of my friends are coming round for dinner tonight and a good gossip. So need to get house sorted and do some cooking!
I have a silly question. Does hair dye normally have a use by date? When looking in the mirror the other day, I noticed quite a few more grey hairs creeping in and found a hair dye that I bought ages ago when I tidying up the cupboard in the bathroom. I know it is a few years old, but was wondering if it would still be alright to use!DD1 born May 2002, DD2 born Dec 2005, DS born Dec 2008. Baby due May 2010! TEAM PINK!!

Morning all
I've already been out this morning taking DS1 to a golf match. It was only 12 minutes away in the car but I had never been along half the roadsNice area and very pretty with the autumn colours.
Natty hugs sweetie and hope you get more up times soon - greenbee was in Hong Kong 2 days ago, not sure when she is due back
Vanilla hope DD is ok
Toots wishing you a less frustrating day x
Off to do an hour in the kitchen and pop to the corner shop.
This afternoon is going to take some logistical planning as I need to collect DS1 at some point but DS2&3 have GP appointments and DS3 has a friend coming around to play and for tea.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
My thoughts are with your sister Pigpen, hope it goes well today xx
Hugs Toots xx

Morning all! Got up early so I could buy a ticket to see Bon Jovi at Hard Rock Calling next June - success
Tomorrow I am going to try and get Take That tickets .......
pigpen - lots of vibes and prayers for your sister xx
Love, hugs and prayers for Toots and L-L xxTonight I am going to see Saw3D at a special midnight screening which I am really excited about. I love the Saw films and this being the final one will hopefully tie up all those loose ends. Sarah x
Ooooh, let me know what it's like. I love the films too but am a bit worried about one in 3D, especially as I'll probably end up going on my own as none of my friends are mad enough to want to see it!!
I have done some flying in the bathroom and am going to do a bit in the kitchen before I head out to the cinema. I should be back by 2 so am aiming to get some more done then."There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers

Good Morning everyone.
I just wanted to ask if anyone had some oven/cooker cleaning tips. Mine is a 1950's gas cooker and it's full of little awkward areas where grease etc collect. Very difficult to clean. Usually I go at it with Stardrops white, but it takes an age. The oven area is not much better. Lots of carbonation etc. Any tips gratefully accepted.Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.
Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.0 -
Coffee done, need to get dressed now!!! Then HHI at 11:00.....join me if you can xx0
-
And I'm off for a date with the ironing board...............0
