Been foraging today, most satisfying. We got sloes, blackberries and some hazlenuts from our field, crumble in the oven.
Tomatoes and raspberries from Dad's greenhouse - they're on holiday and so not picking anything.
Pears and apples from a kind person in the village who has too much and has put some out for people to take.
what are the chances of getting a buy to let mortgage on a 240k house with a 40k deposit which will yield rent of £650 a month????Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

We were thinking of a buy to let, for ALOT less than that.
I put a question on the mortgages board, got a lot of replies, some a bit honest for my linking but suppose you need every side.
Long and short seems to be see a broker.0 -

Been to collect glass for renovation today, and wood filler. We are now hosting two African land snails, which will be good for my waistline as they put me off my food.
Managed to avoid buying snacks while out. Still trying to form a kitchen plan.
