Hee hee, it felt like a shower!
I will def hire a bouncy castle again, dead slick service, he got it up in seconds (!) £65.
We have discovered that when puppies are left unsupervised they climb on and have a bounce...good thing she didn't pop it!
Party went well, though, and the rain held off just long enough.
Reading "The Tightwad Gazette" (secondhand off Amazon, described as v.good condition - but something stuck to front cover and bits of ripped up christmas card in it - not how we keep our books).
It is quite good, but I have to stop myself making moral judgements on her, some of her stuff makes me wince, like
bragging about acquiring a rescue dog for "a donation of only $25 what a bargain"
and making baby "formula" with condensed milk. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
Dr Who...dolls quite scarey, not one of the best episodes I thought, too much like clockwork robots one where he rides the horse through the mirror. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

Yeah, I see what you mean. DH is looking forward to the Amy fest next week. He thinks we haven't seen enough of her.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

i'm losing patience with DW
didn't think much of last night's episode. The trailer for next week looks promising, but i'm fed up of having my hope raised and dashed. This new series just isn't doing it for me at all.

I thought it was one of those fill in episodes they do, just to make up the series. Rory has to chose which Amy he wants or something and there were several Amy's fighting each other by the look of it. He was very excited. I liked the Hitler episode, but last night's was pants, Sarah Jane adventures is better (so I've heard):oI thought it was one of those fill in episodes they do, just to make up the series. Fighting in mud and a bikini, doubtless.

we have spotlights in the ceiling, lights under our wall mounted units and a light in the cooker hood, all operated individually.
I like how bright the spotlights make the kitchen, especially seeing as it doesn't get a huge deal of natural light. When a spotlight goes, you can really notice the difference.
However, if the electricity monitor is anything to go by, they're not cheap to run. So whatever you go for, I'd consider the cost implications of running and replacing bulbs.know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
Our old house had exactly that arrangement and it was lovely, but you're right, they went so often. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

I am just watching it back now... it had a lot of promise and the dolls WERE creepy but (and this came up in Confidential)... they reminded me of something - the Clockwork Robots....
What I did like was the haunting rhyme at the end for the Doctor.
Isn't it the way though - the season opener tends to be a biggie and then you have a so so eppy after.....- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033
