    What's the difference between buying to let and buying a second home then letting it out in terms of mortgage requirements?

    I start back Monday with inset then just 7 and 11 tues, followed by normal service on Wednesday. Boo.
    Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
    % of house owned/% of mortgage paid off. July 25 - 38.82%/31.66%

  • We have a bouncy castle in the garden (a v.small one) and a horde of smalls due at 3pm. It looks like rain.

    DH is helping but he does things sooo sloooowwwllyy.

    We have a kitchen strategy...we are going to knock down some walls and have a non-holey back door and see how we feel.
