That's very true hurdler.
Well yesterday I hemmed seven pairs of school trousers, did some tidying up and that was my day.
DD2 first day at school, she is uniformed, shod and photographed...can I keep her that way for the next 20 min??
Surveyor coming at 10 to advise as to whether we should knock walls down.
Shame on the financial adviser from Yorkshire Building society who gave DH the hard sell and then when DH politely said "no thanks" and explained why certain insurances are pointless for teachers, sent us a letter saying we had agreed to various overpriced and inappropriate-for-us contracts.
I'm sure there are FSA guidlines about this sharp practice. We only wanted to remortgage.Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

Well, you could argue life insurance for you (no dependants and death in service payment) also sickness cover - we have better than 6 months half pay and six months sick pay.
He was trying to sell us something costing £200 per month with a maximum payout of 2k.
And trying to sell us ASU when we have savings in place to last longer than that would pay out.
Have surveyor coming back this morning and new holes in the ceiling. The central heating has stopped working and it is blowing a gale here. Also electrician coming.

Need to get on and arrange kitchen stuff today. Electrician is coming with the missing fan (I hope).
I've called aga-register-plate-guy and kitchen maker but no joy. put loads of clothes away.
