Well done Geekgirl - how did the wedding go?0 -
Well done Honey and Geekgirl and congrats on the losses.
I'm absolutely sure you're not the only one to have a bit of a blow-out after weigh-in Honey. I've been known to pass the local chippy on my way home after my group has finished, and see half the class queueing up outside :rotfl:
Enjoy your cashew nuts - I looooove them,
I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hello again! Lots to catch up on with your losses etc!
Sorry I haven't been around much for the past couple of days - with being ill and with OH turning into a very enthusiastic Florence Nightingale I haven't had much time. His flush of sympathy has now ended and he's back flopped on the sofa with Sky Sports and a mince pie - i knew it couldn't last! Anyway, apart froma bit of a barking cough I'm better and have been to work today. I no longer sound like Corrie's Phyllis but now seem quite like Marge Simpson!
Food has been dreadful - anything and everything! Have been quite good today though - I think the discipline of being in work helps.
Will start again properly tomorrow.
Off to take the dog for a quick trundle round the block before it belts down again.0 -
I've lost one pound this week (and can hardly believe it). In spite of the cold, the monthly nightmare, and the pre-christmas preparatives.'They can tak' oour lives but they cannae tak' oour troousers!'The Nac Mac Feegle0

As it's my * wk as we say at slimming world i'm entitled to a bit of a munch but I think i went overboard. Now I'm not feeling very well I can't even be bothered to make myself brekfast though i know I must have something. but just can't decided. well done to the slimmers of the week and all other loosers this week.HOW MUCH ?0
