No snow here but I am leaving work early as I woke up with painful back pain in my right side so managed to make an appointment for this afternoon. I have a feeling might be an infection or something or might just be sleeping funny but we will see.0

As opposed to a comfortable back pain wendz? Sorry I know back pain is atrocious when it gets a grip. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0

ETA: Crossed posts! Sorry that the party had to be cancelledHow did the cake go though? And since you mentioned mould, I dug out my posh winter coat and guess what's all over the lining?! Guess who's off to the dry cleaners at some point?!
The layers look good, no icing yet though as I don't know if we'll see mum for a few days - and I can freeze the layers un-iced. May not taste quite as good but goddamnit she's getting a birthday cake!
Somehow missed a post NIM quoted about how married life is treating us. As a couple very happy, I didn't think it would change us that much but it has I think, I've relaxed a lot out of the whole 'omg if I put a foot wrong he'll leave' mentality (seriously, I had that panic at least once a day!). I'm just angry that our honeymooner phase is being ruined by black mould!!! Hard to feel sexy or snuggle down to a movie when the house is 'dirty'.
Every Christmas day we always get properly glammed up me and mum, and always get a new dress for it. I can't afford one this year, which is a shame as I found a lovely one on one of Birdie's links. Go nicely with a fake fur shrug.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Could be an infection. I had an infection when I was pregnant and has terrible crampy pains. It is so common in pregnant women. Hope you get on alright.

Glad that you are enjoying married life Dinah. I like the extra sense of security as well. I didn't feel much different though.

Good idea.
Really like the dress. Is it on the Debenhams website? They are doing another 20-30% off from 1st-3rd Dec. You could save a packet on it.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
