House is looking lovely Cinny! I'm a lurker on your blog too (and Tete's, any one else blogging?), I should sign up to follow you properly!
How has your weekend been Tete? I've been thinking about you and I hope you've been OK.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Hopefully means your not on the train too much longer.0 -
Ooooh what car are you getting Dinah?
We went out with our friends yesterday and they were telling us about their wedding that is booked for 2013... I could be pregnant then! What a weird thought! Been feeling all odd about it since that thought popped into my head (not in a bad way, just odd that we've got plans for that time now and it's a possibilty that our lives could be changing dramatically at the same time)... if I am I'll just have to get a reallllllly big hat to draw the eye off my big belly! Looking forward to getting a fab hat no matter what!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. Kia Sportage, 2006 diesel. Very odd buying a car you can't test drive!
NIMs is getting MOT-d tomorrow too, it'll be nice to be mobile again!
Plan for this evening is I hit ebay while NIM irons. We've only got one laptop atm as NIMs has died. So he needs to call Dell about that as the IT guys at work say its a hardware error, and we have a hardware warranty.
Tried the new breadmaker yesterday, very impressed. Felt a tiny bit smug today packing NIM off with homemade bread, homemade pumpkin and coconut soup, homemade cookies and toast with homemade pate for breakfast. I like knowing its all natural and low in salt, fats etc.
Both a bit stressed about how slow the moneymaking is going, but the world seems to be against us with no laptop, work still ongoing on the house etc.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Exciting about the car Dinah! Shame the moneymaking is not going as well as you would like but hopefully things will pick up and get easier.
We are finding out this evening whether we are having a boy or girl so I am beyond excited!0 -

Dinah - I feel your frustration with the lack of money making/paying off debt. We are still waiting to hear back from the job OH applied for. It is over 2 weeks now since he first emailed. I am beyond frustrated as I just want to move and start really making inroads into the debt, and then sell our flat and buy a house.
I am halway to paying for my new coat on AQA though, so that has to be a good thing!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

That's fab news about the car Dinah!
If it helps I didn't test drive Greg before I got him and he's perfect! What colour is it? That's the important part to me, and the only one that counts considering how clueless I am with cars.
Birdie - That is pretty exciting to think you could be a mummy-to-be then! My 'not-scary-but-kind-of-odd' thought was on Friday, I just suddenly thought 'if me and OH are it, then chances are I'll never have my own bed. Ever again!'
Just been given the Christmas holiday dates, turns out I've only got 11 working days left this year  That makes me sound seriously part time!!
Thanks for the house comments! We've been there all weekend, I was actually looking forward to work this week after 4 days there paintingIt's taking forever!! Not a chance of being in there this weekend now. But we've got our sofa ordered!
ETA: That's so exciting Wendz!! I'll guess a girl, to balance it out0
