What a nightmare about the wedding Birdie, makes no sense your OH has to pay for suit when you have your too small dress paid for.

Tete - hope you are finding lots to keep you busy, sometimes work is actually useful in that way.

LOL @ poor NIM! We all know that you're just letting Dinah get a head start before you give her an a$$ whooping! (No... not even I'm buying that! ;)) Bless you!

Luckily the dress is the right length so at least I can keep my height! Although I'm surprised she's allowing me that as I'm a little taller than she is! I'm saying nothing in the hope that she won't notice!

She's sent me a text asking if we're 'OK'... sent her a reply saying that I would rather concentrate on my own wedding right now thank you very much and I'll worry about the money to pay for hers afterward! Going to take a step back from her for a little while so I don't totally lose my head!

Another hour in the gym today! I hope I start seeing results soon so I don't lose the will to go!

Now I must get on with OH's advent calendar, the little buckets keep looking at me, I must get them numbered up so I can think about filling them. I've been meaning to do it for a week! My mind is like a sieve!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Good idea, Birdie, what a nightmare! Don't let it get in the way of enjoying your wedding planning - not too long now :D

My brother's wedding at the weekend was amazing - beautiful weather, stunning backdrop, ceremony by candlelight and I've never seen any two people look so happy - I feel a bit emotional just thinking about it! :o

And the thing is that not all the details were perfect, but it was personal and fun and everyone (including the bride and groom) enjoyed themselves. Aw, happy times!

Ooh ceremony by candlelight. That sounds amazing :) I always said if I hadn't have gone away for my wedding the other option would have been a winter wedding. So romantic!

Nice to see that the thread is in no way gender biased :)

How wierd would it be if I was actually that paranoid?

Hope you're feeling at least a little better today Tete! I agree with NIM and CMD, you're being amazingly fair and level headed with it all. I don't think I could be like that.

Feeling so in limbo at the moment! Me and OH have been working our bottoms off getting the house looking purdy since Friday (I forgot how much I hate painting! :() so I'm starting to see that as our home, but we're still living at my parents and still don't have a proper moving in date. Had a very homesick OH on my hands last night though, so he's spending tonight at his parents place and I get the duvet to myself!

Your Brothers wedding sounds lovely too Poddle :D

That wedding does sound gorgeous Poddle!

Bless your OH Cinny, my OH was probably the opposite of being homesick when he moved in with me. Have to persuade him to go see his Mum haha.

Just been in paperchase to get OH's sister a birthday card and anniversary card for OH and was looking at the Christmas decorations, they are so lovely! Really need to get some more as only have a tree topper so far.

Lol just wait until he moves in Cinny, he won't leave if he's anything like most men! Even NIM admits he's the definition of nesty now we've got our own place (In all honesty I am too, but I'd like one evening a week out in the wide world!)
