Reviews are mixed on the website, and now I'm wondering why I bought it considering I spend half my time trying to make my face NOT shiny!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Well it's not a terribly expensive mistake if it's no good for you so chalk it down to experience! I look a bit 'grey' at work sometimes so I'd be tempted to slap something like that on then, but my weekend look doesn't need anything shiny once I've piled all of my slap on!

From what I've heard, it's 75% off? That face gloss looks interesting though, I remember wanting to try it a while back. If it doesn't work for you you could always sanitize it and pop it on ebay or give it to a friend! Glamour are doing their yearly Benefit issue this month though, I think it's out on the 9th and the freebies look pretty awesome.
Made sausage rolls from scratch for the first time today, using my Great Aunt's recipe but with some Tabasco in the sausage meat. Made marmalade turnovers too from the left over pastry like she normally does. Just had one for a seriously late dinner, and they're pretty neat even if I do say so myself!
How's your head Dinah?0 -
Fuzzy, but most of the pain has gone.
Cat is being insanely cute - she's been sat on the windowsill for about 2 hours, but NIMs truck just pulled up and she's going absolutely crazy meowing at him through the window.
Balanced all our accounts today, and NIM has a seperate MS account with £170 in it as a float. We have enough in all other accounts to meet our bills, although we have no more spending money after an expensive day in York (Beningbrough Hall is very nice though anyone who is thinking of going, and NIM is now a NT member).
Last night was the end of our £100 for how many days on groceries, we only made it 23 days! It was those Tesco deals that got us! So we'e starting again, and it should last longer this time as we have no money at all for food until payday on the 25th. We do have a few supermarket mystery shops though so we can get essentials like milk.
I managed to get so far behind I entirely missed May's £10 a day off my signiture. April's total was £311.80 - sliding in with £11.80 to spare! In May we made £412.67 which is a little bit better. This is excluding purchases, some of which will be sold on ebay, some are just nice gains. Nothing yet for June.
Going to go order the new house and contents insurance, although despite cancelling the old one they just billed us for the month again, so NIM is going to chase that up.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

My cat does this all time. I've had her all her life (shes nearly 14 and was a birthday present when I was a child!) but as soon as OH came on the scene I got the cold shoulder from her :rotfl:
She even sleeps at the top of the stairs when hes working nights and waits for him to get home.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
Hows the bump coming along Flower?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Everything is going really well and have been feeling so much better recently which is good. This big bump just seems to have popped out from no where just over the last week. I'm no longer in that put on a few pounds or pregnant stage :rotfl:
Cant believe I am 22 weeks pregnant already!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
That's great news Flower, must be nice to actually look pregnant and not bloated!
My cats hate me - I gave them their Frontline treatment last night and they've been stalking about on their bellies and giving me these hateful, betrayed looks ever since.
Does the £100 get reset once it's spent then and you have to try and beat your own target? Does it include all household stuff too? I really need to start reining myself in again - spent £4 on lunch yesterday  - was horrified and swore I'd get the bolognese out of the freezer for today but got home and promptly forgot :wall:
I went to Beningborough a couple of times last year, love the big teapot
Face gloss doesn't seem to do much, maybe I haven't put enough on but I'm glad I didn't spend £13 on it!
Sausage rolls sound good Cinny, sounds like you're in your baking groove at the mo!
(Dinah, yeah I went to see the treasure, was pretty impressive. There were some actor/historians there pretending to be Saxons and Dad was trying to outdo them with his own knowledge of the period, he's so embarrassing! I keep trying to get him to do a course in local history now he's retired but he won't because he reckons he'll know more than the teacher! *Big rolly eyes*)Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Hopefully the £100 will last you longer next time, 23 days is still good though! And I'm guessing you have some pennies in Tesco vouchers from the deal anyways? We've got £100 for food this month, but a week away might blow that if we go out for tea! Actually sat in traffic right now, bored and can't talk to OH as he's a stresshead when it comes to the big ol' T! Still 4 hours to go, but it's lovely and sunny.
I don't know if it's a baking groove, or the fact I hate service stations and had some things to use up before we came away! And bless your cats
Pippin is odd and likes his flea treatments, though being my pet he didn't have much chance if being normal!
Shame the face gloss is a bit weird! Could you use it for something else, like is it pigmented enough for a lip stain or something?0
