No exit fee on ours, we can move it to another house but we don't want to if interest only is so cheap!

Been to hospital this morning, been tight chested since last night but this morning my asthma was at a pretty ropey level, so been to hospital and had the nebuliser. Have a course of steroids, still wheezy but better than last night!

I am now 25 weeks pregnant with baby number 3 and there will be a 19 month age gap between my Max and the new baby - which is another boy :j Small age gaps are great x

Congratulations CMD that's brilliant news! You must be so excited about starting your new life in Scotland - I can't believe you're moving tomorrow (?), you don't do things by halves do you?!

re the mortgage: it sounds cheap, but not impossible if it's a smallish mortgage and low interest rate. If you won't get charged an exit fee and have enough equity/deposit to do it, then it's definitely something to consider - you'd only save money in the short term though, what happens after the two year fix?

ETA: glad you're feeling a bit better today - do you often suffer bad asthma?

We'd hope to sell well before the two year mark, within a year ideally, but 2 years gives us some breathing room.

Aye I'm not good with asthma, I was off work for 4 weeks 2 years ago on steroids. I'm not that bad but this is a rarity for me having to go to hospital. Mum has spent all day dusting and hoovering our house to de-dust it!

Ooh loads of exciting news, congratulations CMD, my sister had her two really close, five months pregnant with niece when nephew was only 9 months old, not for me but suited her.

As for the hardwood floors, I agree with the big rugs rather than carpet, carpets are ok until they look really flat and even if I knew someone had put down brand new carpets it's the one thing I'd probably want to change.

Well as people are making anouncements I may as well tell you mine. I am also pregnant 8 and a half weeks so early days but we are very excited! I know that Wendz knows as I posted on another thread, and shes already given me reasurring advice when I was freaking out :rotfl:
