Ah sorry you don't feel very well Dinah. Hope you're better soon. Cupcake business idea sounds very promising too. There's a lot of niche themes on Offbeat Bride, I bet zombie and gamer cupcake cases would go down very well.

Congrats Mrs Birdie!! Your wedding sounds so lovely, I'm thinking now something like that would have been really nice. Too late now, :rotfl:. Our plans are slowly progressing, we've sorted out our hotel and photographer. Still stuck on entertainment though - swing bands are too expensive. I thought we had set aside lots of money but as usual we would have needed double! I hate London sometimes.

Tete I think it would be lovely to go travelling around Spain a bit. Staying in hostels I'm sure you'd meet loads of people. If I didn't have to go to Uganda I'd have come with you!!

Sorry you're not well today Dinah, don't go staring at a computer all afternoon if your eyes are still wriggly!

We had a power cut this morning and I got stuck at home because we have electric gates that refused to open! :rotfl: There's one guy on the 'block' who has a key to open them manually but I couldn't get him out of bed so I was stuck!

Starting to have odd wedding related dreams. Last night I dreamt that we were in the airport waiting to catch the plane and I had to leave my carry-on suitcase that I'm putting my dress in unattended as I had to run away from some maniac who was going on a rampage in one of those little airport buggies (?!?!) and when I went back after everything had gone back to normal someone had gone into the case and stolen my purse and phone! All my Mum said to me was, 'Why did you leave your purse in your case you silly girl?!' :(
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Hope you feel better soon Dinah!

Hope the dreams aren't stressing you out Birdie! Not surprising when such an important and exciting thing is happening though!

I am having a one step forward two steps back kind of day. I got paid the Health in pregnancy grant today which thought i might not get as there was confusion over which due dates get it, as has been scrapped now, but just got it yay! The money is going to go towards a cot and maybe something else depending on how far we stretch it.

Bad news is the car is going to be expensive to fix although OH has managed to negotiate them down a bit.

Diet this week is Harcombe, so meat and veggies, no processed food, fruit, dairy, and worst of all, no sugar :(

Trust me, I'm struggling. I don't think I've ever gone 5 days with no chocolate.

My goodness! My only question with the diet challenge is, is one week really enough to see real results/let your body get used to it? And won't the dramatic changes in the diet effect your body for the worse over the course of weeks? All seems very extreme to me!
