Thanks very much for the heads up on this

We (2 of us) planning a trip to London in late-November. Can someone please give details of the Travelodges in Central London that would be good to (try and) book? We have never been to London before and would ideally like to be as central as possible.
Any other tips for booking a central london hotel on Thurs? Do the cheap rates automatically appear at 6am - i.e. will certain hotels have very cheap rates if I start my search right after 6am?
Thanks for the help.Getting married to a wonderful lady on August 10, 2012.
Need to save up, lose weight, reduce my money worries and get back to being the real me! :j0 -

I wouldn't have much hope of getting any for this time as in the last sale a month or so ago late november was included and there was nothing cheap in london until christmas week.0 -

I often stay in London for work. Try Waterloo ( really close to the Southbank for restuarants and entertainment) or Southwark ( 1 tube stop up from Waterloo). Both of these are new Travelodges.0 -

Here's a map from the TL site showing the central London hotels. really they are all quite central and the transport is relatively cheap (use an Oyster card) that it make little difference which TL you decide to stay at. the difficulty is getting them for £9 or even £19.

If your desperate for a room, especially in london, i wouldn't wait until 6.00am to book a room.
I've always booked my rooms about 3.00-4.00am they do tend to go live a bit early.
Wish i wanted somewhere to stay, but i don't.0 -
Possibly a stupid question - but do I just log onto the normal travelodge site and they will be there?0

If you can manage to get logged on, then yes....they will be there, just put in date and location, and it will show what is available....
2.30am...nothing showing yet......its been earlier than this in the past...Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
