Travel lodge £9 room sale

Thank you so much for this!
I hope the one in Cambridge is included
How fast do they usually get sold out? Do I need to have my mouse poised on the 'book' button at 6am? :P
Stayed and Cambridge 2 weeks ago on a £9 deal we booked earlier in the year so you might be lucky.
If you go we found free street parking off Cherry Hinton Road about 5 mins walk away. Parking at the hotel is very expensive!!0 -
Do you mean "do you have to move rooms if you book 3 x 1 nights in a row?"
If so - we've done this and checked with receprion on arrival that we stay in the same room for all the nights. In each case it was already arranged that way.
cheers for this, that reminds me i need to call and make sure i can keep the same room for my stay in mid december, i don't want to be lugging all our stuff around for the three hours between check out and check in not to mention returning to the hotel to do so!0 -
Waterloo travelodge had really nasty polycotton bedding that was scratchy! Maybe because it was new?? Much preferred Aldgate East although it was a good 10 min walk from the tube & a bit intimidating late at night.
Last sale I got rooms at Sedgefield which was in middle of nowhere but v close to motorway so ideally placed for visiting Durham and York - great holiday.0 -
I've never needed to do this. 5 nights all booked as one booking for central London in January during the last sale with no problem, for example.
The drawback to the single bookings is having to queue at the desk each morning to revalidate the key card.
My recent stay was seperate bookings, I just told reception when i got there and they made sure i stayed in the same room for both nights, so no faffing with waiting and validating keys, it makes it easier for them if ou stay in the same room.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -

We just came back from 4 nights in eastbourne...we booked 3 nights then decided to stay another night so booked again separately on-line, for the 1 night extra....we told them this when we checked in and they said there was no need to re-check in for the extra night. I wonder if this varies from Travel lodge to Travel lodge then?0 -
can you add breckfast to your booking at a later date, or do you have to do it when you book the room?0

You can buy breakfast at any point, including on the morning you want it (though I think it's slightly cheaper if you book online). Another good London Travelodge is the Marylebone one. It's just across the road from the station so great if you don't want to walk far.0

I have noticed the checkin time is 3pm, has anyone managed to check in before this time, I see you can pay £10 to check in earlier but don't really want to pay £10 for just a few hours.0

Never. This rule's rigidly enforced, because if they allow you in early they're effectively throwing away the chance of an extra £10.0 -

I need to go to london at the beginning of december to visit lots of archives for my dissertation, and if I could find a travelodge for £9 it would make it so much cheaper!
Do they have both midweek and weekend nights included?
Any info and help would be hugely appreciated!:)
Thanks!
I book lots of these £9/£12/£19 rooms in central London - almost all hotels are included. £9 rooms are usually Sunday or Monday nights, but even at £19 a Friday or Saturday is cheaper than anywhere else.
My top tip - research via the travelodge website the location you want then at 6.01 am get searching & booking ;-)
We've had some good rooms - all have been clean and functional - but if you can book a 'family room' (no extra cost) so you get a sofa and extra space. We got something like a mini-suite when we had to stay near Wembley to visit family :money:0
