Footballer signs new contract, shock, horror.
In what sense is this, or the public negotiations, considered newsworthy?
It's not like the graceless gomel is even good enough to play well at international level.Been away for a while.0 -
I'm just thankful I don't pay his wages .... feel sorry for the fans, but suppose they show their approval by attending the matches....
Do you subscribe to Sky sports by any chance ? I say this because some people may think they are not paying his wages, but if they have Sky they are indirectly contributing,if it wasn't for Sky and Rupert Murdoch, premiership footballers wages probably wouldn't be so obscene.0 -

You think it would have been better if she had just sat on her ae4se like most of the other WAGS?'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

She probably doesn't trust her numbskull husband to blow all the money, if he is so easily tempted by hookers then what else will he succumb to, he apparently blew 700 k on gambling, I think we know what Fergie meant when he mentions all the support he has had from the club.0 -

No, thankfully!
How much is it to go to a football match these days?0 -
Could be a classic 'top' signal with peeps panicking and paying out absurd money for something which is way past it best. Happens in all markets.
But is is a 'top' signal just for footballers and their agents or more fundamental about Britain's willingness to live in a dream of borrowing and 'services', while BRIC get on and make things?0 -

England perform better without him.
Let him take his ego to Italy or wherever he chooses. He's not even the best player in that appalling house of his.
