We all know theres plenty of idiots out there, the cameras a good idea for evidence if your in an accident.
If the recordings not needed as evidence, overwrite them. Dont publish them.
Theres no-one perfect, we all do things that perhaps arnt technically good driving. When you try to show others at fault, it leaves yourself open to scrutiny.
People in glass houses and all that.
Back to the original video, as frustrating as it is to accept, surely you can see you have to shoulder some of the blame.0 -

thats what you would call a "stealth overtake"
try not to rest your arm against the window and lean on your fist either, a friend of mine was in a side impact he had his a arm like that he didnt have an arm left after impact and several facial sergeries to correct his eye socket, cheek bone, jaw bone and nose he lost his arm because it shattered into a million peices on impact from the car hitting his arm and his arm hitting his face. plus your view is impaired as you cant see past eyes view to your right. just a tip not avin a go.0 -

In that case let me give you all a similar tip.....
Never drive with your thumbs around the inside of the wheel, rest them instead next to your palm and grip with your fingers. In the event of an accident with your thumbs inside the wheel, you will be highly likely to break both thumbs.
Thumbs resting on the wheel will cause your arms to slip forward on impact and clear up the area between your body and the wheel AND allow the airbag (if you have one) to deploy correctly.
Leant this one in a safety briefing prior to driving an array of single seat racing cars at my first ever track day.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

No, it is not.0 -

Accelerating to prevent someone overtaking is not only illegal, but highly dangerous.
Dangerous yes, illegal, no.0 -
^^ I think now you need to clarify the circumstances under which they are not illegal (for example the type of white line's).... Something that due to the vast complexities, I did not want to get into.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Must have thought the van hadn't realised he was there on it's "stealth overtake"
Couldn't be any other reason.
Highway code.

Flashing headlights. Only flash your headlights to let other road users know that you are there. Do not flash your headlights to convey any other message or intimidate other road users."0 -

No, you need to clarify where in law undertaking and accelerating to prevent an overtake are made explicitly illegal.
Perhaps you could start by showing me an example of where somebody has been charged with or convicted of "undertaking", or "accelerating while being overtaken".
I won't hold my breath.0
