The main problem is you believe you can do no wrong, and so think the camera will always exonerate you. The next problem is the camera doesn't lie, and in most of the videos shows you performing a dangerous maneuver.
You don’t solely overtake the lorry, you try to overtake the white van
I was aiming for the gap which the truck closed. I wouldn't have tried for the van because van drivers nearly always try to stop people overtaking them.
[QUOTE=mikey72;37910218 It’s not the lightest of vehicles, maybe you need to appreciate the braking abilities of them, and realize they’re not the same as a car. [/QUOTE]
He seemed fine at braking 2ft from the back of the van AFTER he accelerated up the inside. As to the island, yes the other driver changes lanes, the sad bit is you’re not expecting it, and seem very surprised.
I've already explained this...... I've said that this happens a lot, I do fully expect it, but expecting it does not excuse it.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

That's the problem with posting a video.
It's not like a story in the pub later.
The camera doesn't lie, you make no attempt to pull in after you pass the lorry, and then you try to get past the white van in the video you posted.0 -

I did not try to get past the van..... If i'd tried to overtake the Van I would not have held back. I held the right hand side as an initial matter of courtesy to the arrogant !!!!! of a truck driver, to give him time to see me and realise I was about to merge.
You can keep making up these little fanciful stories all you like, but the facts are the facts.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

In a parallel universe there is a lorry driver who has just posted a video on youtube showing an impatient Vectra driver trying to cut in front of him. The video freezes and a speech bubble appears saying "Look at this knob, I"m driving a forty ton truck and this dong expects me to stand on the brakes to let him in!".
Striderman, most of your videos show you having problems whilst barging your way past other vehicles. If you cut out the dodgy, and often fruitless overtakes, you will find driving much easier.0 -

Fair enough,
(a better quote for your signature though,
"It is perfectly monstrous the way people go about, nowadays, saying things against one behind one's back that are absolutely and entirely true.")0 -
I would suggest to Strider, that if he wants to drive quickly, take racing lines, and employ dangerous overtaking manouvres, then he should do a regular session of track days. However, even then you have to follow a strict set of rules, and I suspect that before long most tracks would ban him.0

Ignoring the fact that it is unlikely that the truck can out accelerate a Vectra, which is what you are claiming, why do you think it is sensible or safe to pull in front of a truck in a gap that you acknowledge is only 2-3 car lengths long? In another one of your videos, your comment on why you haven't moved over is because you are waiting to get a safe distance past a vehicle.
You should at least try to be consistent - you are performing a manoeuvre which if it was done to you would no doubt be instantly posted onto the internet.0 -
I know you'll find some way of pinning this one on me too..... Should be good for laugh.

Well if you're asking for comments, if you check the mirror, you do drive the entire clip with your head resting on your hand, not exactly the "ten to two" school of motoring.
At least you're not holding a phone by the look of it.0 -

This PMSL is too short, Please lengthen your message to atleast 10 characters.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
