It's still excruciatingly slow for me, it's taking ages to load and then suddenly appears.

This is added to my batteries running out on my keyboard so I'm having to retype too when it misses a space or a letter out

It's quicker for me at the moment, have to admit, but I don't come on here too much anymore as the chat forums are so painfully slow to load (if they do at all). I thought it could be my connection in that it's only T1 ;o) so I tried at home (adsl) and... nope, still the same.

Shame. I think this is a great site - it just seems to be too popular

painfully slow here too. ive given up twice and had to resort to doing some real work.

Hi Folks,

It's slow, I know. Certainly one of the reasons is the huge number of people online after the Tip. 2666 is a lot for any server to handle at once.

Apart from the times between 9-11am today, can any of the people experiencing slowness tell me if their ISP is Wanadoo or E7even? If not, what ISP are you using?
