Thanks EB. It is very sad and I do feel awful for his wife and children too.

And thanks Woo and EB for the advice re jobs. I do have 3 cleaning jobs, the pub and the club, so maybe I have taken too much on.

Think I will continue as I am till I go as it's less than 3 weeks till I go anyway, and might find it easier to make the decision when I come back x

that's probably sensible. Download one of those salary timer gadgets so every minute you are there you can watch the pennies increasing :-)

I'm sorry to hear about your customer Bec, that's so sad and must have been a real shock.

With regard to the club, I agree only you can decide whether £80 per month is worth it. I admire the amount of jobs you have and how dedicated you are to clearing your debt, so, if you feel it's not you can hold your head high when resigning as you are one of the most un-lazy people around!

  • Hey Becs just thought I would pop in and say Turtle Island IS AMAZING:D
Of all the places I have been on earth it came closest to paradise. We were lucky on the day we went as there was no rain just beautiful sun, fantastic fish and a baby turtle in the water we were swimming in, a monitor lizard, turtles at night and the best sunset I have ever seen. Took a fabulous photograph of my hubby and kids staring out into the sunset. It is now blown up on canvas and on my bedroom wall.
You will love it. So wish I was going again.
Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D
