Are you good at being strict on only taking essentials? I am rubbish, I even took hair straightners for walking The Great Wall of China!

I'm on a 15kg limit so I'll need to be!

I did 6 months on 20kg though so I think it's do-able.

I did take a hairdryer with me for that 6 months though! I knew I could use it in Zim so I took it, but after the 3 months in Namibia with no electicity that also showed me I could live without that stuff too, so hopefully (fingers crossed!) I shouldn't struggle too much with packing x

Well done! That's great news. I have done without my hairdryer today as it goes and put my hair up and a headband on to push my fringe back - apparently I look like a bait girl from "to catch a predator" - GREAT!!
