    Hi Beckie,
so sorry to hear about your Nan, best wishes for all your family :( Good luck for tomorrow, hope it doesn't cast too much of a shadow over the start of your trip. My grandad died while we were on honeymoon, and the second week wasn't quite the same, as we knew we were missing the funeral etc

Thanks everyone for the lovely messages xxx

Although it has made this harder, I know that my Nan would want me to go and have a great time, not sit at home and feel sad.

I will definitely still be going, I'm looking at it as I will do this one for her.

And she would want me to be excited so I'm going to try to be that too!

  • 1 more sleep!! Your nan will be with you every step of the way. She would have loved to see your photos, she can now watch over you as you have them taken. I'm glad you're still going as it is certainly what she would have wanted xxx

Panicking is not the word!

Have decided to take the afternoon off and go and spend it with my Mum.

My internet has gone down at home though so I'm quickly using work internet to print off all the bits I need.

So if I don't get on here again before I go at lunch time -

Thanks guys for all the support and advice (I did even appreciate the advice telling me not to go!) when I made the decision to do this, the support in paying things off the last few months and trying to get organised for this, and thanks as well for the recent lovely messages for my Nan.

I will try to get on here when I'm away but will probably struggle to keep up with other diaries as well so if you do anything exciting (or even not exciting!) then please post on here and let me know! I know some of you have me on FB as well so I'll catch you on there.

    Sooooo excited!!! :D

    'See' you all soon! xxx
