It's not until 2015 :o I'm 26 at the mo. I like to plan my holidays though lol.

We're planning on going to Vegas for DH's 30th which is next year, can't wait to get that booked :D

    x

Nothing wrong with planning - it's something to look forward to even if a while to wait. I'm jealous of Vegas, would love to go! So many places, so little time :D I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time :)

Crikey, that does sounds stressful. I'm sure a holiday together will be great, especially if there are donkeys involved!

Definitely write the complaint - I like Tesco and mistakes happen but I hate it when companies try to make out that their mistake is somehow your fault.

Me and my DH are both 30 within 2 weeks of each other next year, and we definitely want to be somewhere cool for them. Thinking maybe Scandinavia.

My boss thought it was hilarious the idea of me on a mountain with a stubborn donkey! I agree with you MrsB, will be great!

I agree with the Tesco thing - mistakes do get made and I am normally easily placated so long as I feel I am being taken seriously. Don't get that feeling at the mo!

That sounds great for your 30ths as well :)

Sorry just read the second half of your post properly - I'm working from home (or supposed to be :D so didn't read it properly before)

That's terrible what's happend hun, a break in France will definitely do you all good. Weather should be lovely in September too :) You don't half like to travel do you hun, girl after my own heart ;)

I agree with mrsb, can't believe they had the cheek to say you shouldn't have booked that slot. So insulting it's funny :rotfl:

    x

    Yep, love travelling! :D

It does seem daft doesn't it - offer that slot but then suggest you don't use it?!

Hi Happy, we'll be backpacking so as long as we can make our money last - depending on savings, whether we both get redundancy and if we work along the way we're looking at between a year and 3 1/2 years hopefully :)

    £35 to Barclays CC :)

And now for the bad news, Tesco order was not delivered last night! Despite me changing the contact number as I would still be at work because of the new delivery time, so they would call OH instead they failed to do that! I spoke to them at about 5:30 and somehow that was too late for the guy to come back and it is now re-scheduled for tonight! I am SO unimpressed

Tesco order finally arrived last night! Have filled in the enquiry form this morning asking for an email address to send a complaint to. The online form only allows 1000 characters and I have a feeling that won't be enough :D

And in even better news - bye bye Lloyds loan!!!! :j:j:j:j:j:j:j So happy to see the back of that one :D

£10 to Barclays CC today :)
