Hi Clippy, thanks for that link. It was really interesting as I can defnitely agree with a lot of the foods that they say are high do cause problems.

Know what you mean with the exercise! When I tried shredding I could barely get out of bed, let alone keep exercising

Oh wow! I know it was a major hassle but £50 is pretty good on their part!

Yay on the voucher well i tried to close my account and low and behold they will be some money to pay once another statement is issued i keep checking online so i can see what the balance will be i think a few quid but he "could not" tell me how much and i would have to wait for the statement... geeks xx
