I have found PowerPoint a bit hit and miss in terms of viewing. DocsToGo does a better job than the built-in viewer although still isn't always accurate / compatible. I don't believe you will ever be able to import including videos as they are usually in the wrong format.
I have a standard Apple case and yes it does get dirty
I haven't got a screen protector as unlike the phone it isn't scraping at things in my pocket plus it has the case that closes over the screen.0
