Caz (and everyone else) if you find Spekulatius in Aldi don't bother eating them cause they're not as good as the proper ones - but if you ever make cheesecakes use them for the base. There is so much NOM that it's positively indecent.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Glad to see that youre feeling a little better SS and both bums have cleared up and thank you for your reply to my post, and Rmac.
How long had you been stuck in rmac? Is it sunny in Edinburgh? The snow is finally melting here althought the garden still has a good few inches on it.
You kept your KIT day quiet Kitkat! I was stupid and went into school (with A of course) for 2 days, should have claimed it as a KIT day as technically I was doing my work as the head had A- hes male btw. lol
Gave A a long bath last night, kept topping up with hot water. It must have helped as we ONLY has 2 get ups for feeds which meant I had the longest sleep ive had in weeks!
We went to her nursery today and just pretty much observed whilst they did their thing. She loved it! lol She didnt even notice I had gone until she saw me sometimes and would briefly put her arms out and then get distracted by more toys to eat. :P She had her dinner there too.Makes me feel much more at ease. Im thinking I may drop her off for an hour or so tomorrow and then nip to Asda as its 10 min walk away.
It's D-DAY for the watch on Ebay! cheap and winning vibes please! its the one thing DH has asked for and it has been pretty much impossible to get hold of.First baby born 10/06/10:heartpuls 6lb 10z:heartpulsI love my little family0 -
Hope you get the watch Michelle, I actually tried to look for it when I was on ebay this morning but couldn't remember the search terms and it's not under reflector

Afternoon everyone. We've had a busu morning here, so i'm now stuck under a sleeping toddler. I tried to put her to bed but she is having none of it, so I'm doing all my computer bits now. Emptying the bins will have to wait.
i have just had a cd delivered which is part of DH's birthday present. Would it be really naughty of me to listen to it before I wrap it up?!Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

glad nursery went well, hope watch is won by you
Its not sunny as such, but its much warmer. I've been stuck in for 12 days. We got out on sat briefly with DH for a walk round the block with him carrying Annabel. But it was minus 6 so it ws very quick!
LOs just woken up so off round the corner now - bye x
PS - Caz. sorry but I loled at the kittens and the treer.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0 -
Poor Miss M just peed during nudey butt time, started walking over to me to alert me and slipped over into her own puddle _pale_ I had to pick her up and give her a cuddle because she was wailing so now we're both in clean clothes and will have a bath after she finally deigns to take a nap.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

LOL yes I only decided I was going in Tuesday afternoon so it was quite last minute! Took me ages to get organised though, with getting bottles ready, loading and unloading car up with all T's things for my mums, cant imagine doing that 7am every day!!
I would definately try and claim your days as KIT as you get paid normal rate for them so its kinda worth it. How did you manage with taking A in? My work have offered me the chance of taking T in when I go back but I think my mind will be focussed on him rather than work!!
When did everyone move their LO's into their own room? I am thinking maybe new year (he will be 4-5 months). I dont want to but everytime I sneeze/ cough Theo wakes and I find I am always worrying I am going to wake him. I think it would also motivate me to sort out his room!0 -
Oh Michelle I nearly forgot, I am glad nursery went well! And I am pleased you actually got some sleep!0
-
Kitkat I think we moved Izzy to her room at about 3 months. I know they recommend until 6 months, but we all slept so much better for it

Thanks Lady
I think it may be needed, he snores so loudly and keeps me awake, and then I keep waking him... argh!!! Although I am not sure how I will feel about being on my own in the bedroom with OH being away
I like company... but not company who keep waking each other up!!!
