No, they dont like making people redundant, they would rather palm people off onto another campaign with no choice in hours. Thats what they did to us when we were working on the same campaign before.

Actually it seems that everytime im pregnant, his work place does something to be a PITA.

He'll probably be forced to quit.

Edit: Well that was the case with a guy we know who's campaign got shut down a few months back.

I am going to go back to 4.5tog duvets for them. The 8tog ones are too warm anyway. They usuallu nest in one bed with a mountain of blankets.

They need new mattresses so I'm buying those ones that are encased in that non sweat rubber stuff. 4.5tog duvets that fit in the machine. Oh and I need a better washing powder. Persil colour is rubbish for getting pee smell out. Must buy biological powder on Monday.

They kicked me out my bath. Well, DS2 did. There I was all relaxing and in he comes 'Mum, me need bath, me stink! Me need you bath.' How could I refuse a whole two sentances? Still it did mean they went to sleep happy. In a clean bed. One clean bed since I forgot to make the beds back up andAmber was already sleeping so I flung stuff on thebottom one and they can share. Social services would love me.

Awww EA, huge hugs! Hope he gets something soon!

Oi I've had the twins share before because only one matress protector was dry :rotfl: They usually end up in the same bed anyway if one of them wakes in the night.

I don't use powder it cacks up the machine but I've found the new gel stuff pretty good. And that persil small and mighty although I don't use that because it smells pretty strong in itself and I like to be able to smell the fabric softener. I'm one of those nutters that sniffs all the fabric softeners on offer in Tesco every week to decide which one I want :rotfl:

I had to buy new matresses recently and got cheap and cheerful ones from ebay for £30 each. Then I bought some really expensive mattress protectors from Dreams which actually have a thick plastic sheet sewn into the bottom. I wash those now and again and over 6 months later the mattresses are still like new :T

  • Morning all :)

I hope everyone had a giid night and is still sleeping ;) Tia I'm loving the 2 sentances :) We use tesco non bio for everything, because I know no-one is allergic to it, so I can't comment on which ones are good. I keep meaning to get one of thoes washer ball thingies (the ones that are meant to last lots of washes), but I've not got around to it. Has anyone tried them?

    morning everyone

little man managed to go from 1am til 6am this morning, I feel so refreshed getting more than 3 hours sleep in one go, bless him. He was awake for a bit yesterday evening so maybe that's why, plus he has started draining all his bottles.

delain I'm the complete opposite, I rarely use fabric softener and sometimes when I do I think it smells far too strong and have to wash my clothes again to get rid of the smell lol.
