Scans, I had a 12 week and a 20 week with DS1 then a growth scan at 35weeks (day before I was induced).
DS2 I had a scan at 8 weeks due to bleeding, 9 weeks, 12 weeks, 20 weeks and 32/33 week growth scan. Then a bedside scan to check what was going on when I bled.
    DD, 6weeks, 15weeks, 20, 24, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36weeks.

Boucers, the boys had a rocking one. Amber had 3 or 4 and in the end then bright starts asda cheepie was by far the best.

As long as she wasn't tipping it over then I see no problem. My friend kept her daughter in a Moses basket for a year without any problems yet some people have already moved their child from a cot to a bed by then because they climb out.

I have a confession :rotfl: Keira slept in the car seat or the bouncy chair until she was about 6months old as she would not sleep lying down. I know it's bad for their back apparently, but she don't have a stoop so it's all good!

Then i shufted her into the cot. Im telling you, If i have another kid im not buying a moses basket, waste of time, she went in a few times and just howled. Waste of £80 :p

Susan, high school starts at year 7...roughly 11 years old:)

It depends whether you have a middle school system or not. I believe a lot of the NE still follows this and so high school is year 9. In the NW all of ours are 4-11 then 11-16.

    *hugs* for GISI xxx

Hello to the ladies who have popped over from the pg thread - nice to 'see' you :D

Sorry to hear about your stepdad EA. Was it a shock? How awful, coz your brothers are just little aren't they? :(

Redstar :T for Freddie sitting. He looks very cute in your picture :) T is no nearer sitting than he was a few weeks ago, he has lost all interest in it and just wants to try and crawl instead! (aaargh!) He hasn't figured out that he has to move his hands as well as his knees yet tho so just goes backwards lol. I'm hoping doing things like playing with his treasure basket will encourage the sitting.

beckyandjack - ignore this if sudocrem is working for you, but I found bepanthen to be much more effective and much less messy when T had nappy rash.

MIL whinge again - I said I'd give her a bowl, cup and spoon for T to leave at hers coz we have loads of spares....but she's just text me today to say not to worry coz she's gone out and bought some. She's really excited coz she's got a brilliant cup that won't spill. I know it's lovely of her but I wish she'd do some research or ask first coz I bet T won't be able to drink out the cup. He just used the tommytippy sippy cups so one he really has to suck on will confuse him  Ah well....it's not like he'll be there that often to use it.

Smartie - I remember your devil scan pic of Daisy :rotfl:

:j:j:j for Jillie being debt free

Bouncing chair - We have this one He didn't use it much for first 4 weeks but from then onwards we have had loads of use of it. He's still in it now at 6.5 months and will sit happily in it while I have a shower every morning and get ready. Really unusual coz he won't sit still anywhere else! He loves the bears and if he doesnt go in for a few days then he gets really excited and talks to them :D His swing has had to go in the loft coz he could pull himself forward but he just cranes up in this so I think it will be ok (under supervision) even when he is sitting. There are *loads* going cheap on ebay.

Sorry if I've missed anyone, a bit of a skim catch up as I really need to do some tidying and putting away!

hope Ben gets better dreams soon Tara, have you thought about a dream catcher or something for him?? i had counselling yesterday and a few things were brought up that played on my mind and then im guessing it was still there when sleeping :(
    How have you been?? xx

my house is a tip but i have the docs soon and its cold dark and wet so not really encouraging me to get up and go lol!

Go for the cheapest bouncer! we have had a few expensive types but i always prefered the older style as they bounce better!!

I'm loving the baby pics :D

Especially the ones of the older ones, you can see their features so clearly, Keira's big eyes and dark eyebrows and Charlottes pouty lips :)

And I love the little ones too! Squeeee!

Susan, were you camping I take it?

Tara, DS1 has a dreamcatcher. I spent a long time telling him about it and it does help somewhat with his bad dreams.

I have a pot of lentil soup on and can't wait for it to be ready, I'm starving! Trying to do a tesco shop, not good when you are hungry.

Sitting here thinking the same, docs at 2.50 and I don't want to go out. I'm fine, docs in for Erin!

Ben has a dream catcher, dreams are awful, first DH died, then couple weeks ago it was me, then Monday it went on to both of us and he was taken away! :(

kristal did you want to have a homebirth and were told not to? (curious about earlier post) ignore me if it's too nosey :)
Kind of... I wanted one with Caitlyn and Hubby was really not keen, plus the consultant told me my baby would get stuck and die

This time, because I'm declining all consultant care, I'm not even thinking about trying to fight that corner... Plus it would mean having to tidy up... And deal with the children if they're awake etc... Works out easier to just go to hospital lol...
