SJ are you still here? I'm chasing you on FB as well, are you buying anything from HPP? I want to split delivery costs with you if you are
By the way the Furminator is on Grabitnow.com today for £12, I don't know if thats a good price, it just struck a chord with me cos all of you with dogs mention them a lot.MFW Start Sep 07 £79484, Now £587740 -
Tia I hope Amber is now fluided up and you're both getting some rest. ((Hugs))Snap! I burned my fingers on a melamine cup. Charlotte decided she wanted warm milk this morning, but I don't think melamine is supposed to go in the microwave as the cup ended up too hot to pick up
Had to stand it in cold water until the cup cooled down. No harm done here though and hope your thumb is ok xx
I did the same with a melamine cup in the microwave. I put my hand in to get it out, and it was so hot, the cup stuck to my hand and when I peeled it off there was a layer of skin stuck to the cup!
We will be on Sunderlands side today too.
Mel L went Trick or Treating last year with a couple of friends and Mums. They only called at houses with some form of Halloween decoration/lantern etc. Most just gave lollypops or little packs of Haribos but a couple of the older people gave them furry unwrapped sweets that looked like they'd been sat at the bottom of their handbag for a few years! _pale_
When I was little I remember dressing up in a bin bag one year, and we'd do duck apple and that was about it!
My keeping V up later last night didn't work. She was up at 5.45!
Rmac You need to get the little silicone hair bands, she's unable to slide those ones out.:beer:0 -

Sorry I wasn't going to order! I decided I don't really need anything and have spent all our spare cash on the floor. I'm going to go today I think and get boards for the living room. With the 15% discount on at the moment I reckon I can do it for under £140.
r.mac Annabel sounds adorable!0 -

Oh b00ger, have nothing for kids. [strike]We live in a building with 3 flats (so 3 buzzers at the front door), so do you think they will come? I don't want them waking up Finn if it's past 7 - the buzzer is REALLY loud. Would it be really scrooge-y to put up a sign or do you think we will be okay since I'm pretty sure kids won't bother with flats?[/strike]
Never mind - have worked out how to disconnect buzzer temporarily.

Morning all, have been playing dress up with T in her Halloween costume(s) and Me and OH did a pumpkin (given to us by her uncle), with a smiley face. Its the first time either of us have done one and am quite pleased with it. If anyone is intrested pics are on FB. Going to In laws later toget her halloween pressie MIL insisted on getting. If we continue to get pressies for her at this rate will need to buy shares in Big Yellow I think.
