I've just realised the clocks go back Sat/Sun this week. OH is on a 5pm-3am shift. How will that work? Will he work til the new 3am therefore doing another hour? Confused.com

Me too - and Take That wouldn't be my thing either :)

Right, we have found what appears to be a loophole in the law that allows my contract as a third-party-funded collaborative researcher to be extended for a quarter of its length in order to pursue parental leave for that time. But we have to convince the personnel department. Wish me luck...

That's like me - not that I'm a big fan, but I quite like them now (not enough to bother fighting with the internet to get tickets mind you). There are lots of things I listen to now that my 15 year old self would be  at me listening to though. I'm quite glad I'm not 15 any more. Being 30 is FAR more fun :rotfl:.

EA, I definately cannot stand Take That, X Factor, Idol and that other pap. Yuck :p

Ladybird, that looks a lovely place for a day out. Hope the weather's good for you!

SS, fingers crossed for potential loopholes.

Hmmm, I'm wondering if my switch to decaff has affected madam, she didn't wake up until 5.15am, and napped quite a bit yesterday too. Stupid mummy with her 3 (strong) coffees didn't even consider the possibility :o We'll have to see what she's like today.
