Yep, most people do!
It's been an eye opening experience! I was diagnosed with PPD 2 weeks ago, so am only really now beginning to enjoy it. I do wish I'd gone for help sooner as I don't think it helped me bond with the little man.
Looking forward to each day now though which is a start.... although have a horrible sore throat today

We haven't needed to buy any snowsuits or coats because people have been so generous!! Someone I know from when DS went to primary school years ago bought her a M&S jacket:eek:BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
HI TNV

Youtube is playing random music at me - we were having an OK Go marathon, but now it has decided to play something else. I think someone has clicked somewhere.

My HM order has been despatched apparantly, not sure how much i've actually been charged though! Might take a trip to the bank to check later. I hope it was only 10p like it said in Verified By Visa, what a bargain that would be! :rotfl:Mummy to

GISI, something about sickness + baby = dead mom. I totally know what you mean.
Me too
Pleased your KIT day went well Som.
Hi and Welcome The Next Verse, Kai is gorgeous.
Cute photos Smartie, and me three on the snowsuit.
I went to Sainsburys with Alex at 8am. Got two Star Wars Lego ships. I think it's a good sale. But as I keep saying i've finished shopping for my two, I didn't look at it all too closely.
Childminder was in there too, with her daughter and three of the kids she looks after. So I followed her home and passed Alex over.
For those who were waiting for it go live on-line last night. I'm sorry it didn't happen. And Wilma, I hope you do manage to get in store today. Why they do it at half term is beyond me. Makes it extremely difficult for parents to get in-store without kids hanging on and clocking everything that goes into the trolley. If Joe wasn't away, I would have gone at lunch or later tonight, or just not bothered. But for parents that don't have that option its a nightmare.0 -
Welcome TNV :-)
I would quite like to nip to Sainsburys but have the 2 big ones home with it being half term and there's no way they wouldn't notice what I was buying lol.
Evie was a madam last night and screamed from 6pm til 11pm - but then did sleep til 3.30pm. She was so tired but wouldn't go to sleep.
Same again this morning - she only seems to be quiet when someone is cuddling her, bless her.
Hope everyone has a good day x0 -
Why has my post re posted itself? How weird!
Just coming on to say the sofa man is couriering me out new covers, then when i've sent back the crap ones he is going to send a £75 refund, so i'm quite pleased with that! Means i'll have bought a brand new suite for £305, which isnt bad at all really.Mummy to

Hi TNV! We have another Kai on the board here (:waves: Mel), but he's over a year older so no worries about confusing the 2. And we lovvvvvvvvvvvve pictures of ickle tiny babies!

Just got DH's payslip - what rotten timing to have a nil commission month. Not sure how we'll get through until December, but I suppose we'll cope somehow. So much for trying to pay off his stupid high interest CC. I try not to think about it, because when I do, I just feel _pale_
