Hi TNV, Kai's very cute.
Smartie, how chilled out does Daisy look? Very sweet piccie.
Well, the 3/4 month home visit thing was a bit of a waste of time really. I thought she might ask what madam actually does and stuff like that, but really all it involved was handing out loads of pamphlets about weaning. The HV also talked to Sophie in that 'special' way that some adults adopt when talking to babies. Then, because she had her nappy off, Sophie peed everywhere, which she always does in nappy free time.
On the plus side, the wee beastie now weighs 5.75kg, and I got lots of praise for still BFing (it's cos I'm waaaaay to lazy to even contemplate sterilising anything at 3am
) Madam is now trying to figure out how she can jam her foot in her mouth.
:heart2:Sophie May:heart2:

Phoned docs and they only had an appointment for 11.30 and I wouldnt have made that as no car, tried getting one for the afternoon but she started grumbling and then offered that the duty doc phone me. Said we'd leave it for now and try again tomorrow (have the car then), or later if she got worse.

Well I dragged my botty out of bed for open surgery at docs this morning, probably a blessign we didn't make it on tuesday because it wasn't very busy today at all. The GP we saw didn't have the best bedside manner/grasp of tact, he was going on about circumcision  anyway Ed has been given more thrush cream and if that doesn't get rid of his sore bits, go back and we'll try anti-biotic cream and Chris got cream for his athletes foot.
I've got 3 BNWT hotmilk bras on ebay that end in 1.5hrs-ish and they're all stuck around £1

What size are you Hot milk bras, Sami?
I just thought I'd share these http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=37163738&postcount=19 from another thread I follow. I'm going to make them from H for his grandparents with 'Nanny', 'Papa' etc inside. Easy and cheap but something that can be treasured.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator
