    Feel better soon GISI.

I'm glad the day went ok Som

She stays in her crib till she wakes at around 5am, when she comes into bed with us. Last night she was very farty and very uncomfortable and restless, and her tummy was making all sorts of bubbling sounds so there was a lot of pacing up and down with her trying to work the bubbles out :(

But now we're not proper co-sleepers, worry not :) She normally sleeps from 9-5/6 and then again till 8, her cold has made it a bit more difficult the last week though.

Ah, I missed the transition to the crib! Okay, was just curious. Sending some farty vibes for the tummy bubbles :rotfl:.

GISI, something about sickness + baby = dead mom. I totally know what you mean.

Som, glad you KIT went well! It's always good when you can be happy where you're going back to :).

I'm so glad your KIT day went well, Som. I think the anticipation of it is infinitely worse than actually going in. I bet it flew by, didn't it?

I wouldn't say flew as it got off to a slow start as the superviser lookang after the shift wasnt aware I was coming in, and I couldnt access the till or anything. But it didnt drag either.

I need a new cheapo watch for work as my leather one rubbed me something rotten yesterday and I have a big sore welt on the back of my wrist now :( Was thinking of one of those lilttle silicone digital braclet ones, does anyone have one? are they anygood?

GISI hope you MIL takes H for you and you can relax and get better x

Iv had some despatch emails for the asos grabbit and cant wait for them to come now - just about finished Christmas shopping although am ashamed to say when I was sorting the presents out on top of my wardrobe I didnt have a clue what I had bought!! I feel a wrapping afternoon coming on.

  • Shopping done - there is a small child who is going to feel lovely and spoilt by secret santa :) Now just need to make sure the appropriate mummy feels the same way :)

Hugs to all the poorly people.

I realised this morning that I'm about done with spending money on Christmas presents. I still have a few more to get, but I have biits points and amazon vouchers which should just about cover the rest :)

  • MIL's not coming over but I feel a bit better after having something to eat so I'll just try and grab a nap when H does later.

Well done on finishing the Christmas spending, Ladybird. I think I pretty much have too, might get a few more books from Amazon as stocking fillers for people, and if my VBF finds out the flavour of her baby before Christmas I guess I will end up buying her something appropriately coloured for bump, but not sure if her scan will be before or after the Christmas break.

I've also got more homemade bits to make- I need to get a wriggle on with my mini-Christmas cakes but I have a week off in three weeks time so will do those then.

    Morning

Mel - I posted some advice about fish last night but it wasn't acknowledged so I'm not sure if you saw it or not?

Sorry, no I didn't see it until later, I was on and off because I was shopping......`

Thank you, I have gone back and read it now. I have actually had fish before so know the ins and outs, but I am now in two minds about the whole idea anyway, as you say...they will possibly bore of them pretty quickly!

Bad night of no sleep here, T decided to wake up every 30 -60mins and then was almost screeching by 5am so I just got up with her then. I am pretty tired now!

How rubbish was the Sainsbury sale??
