My free fairy tale books from bargainbooksdirect came today. They're nice touchy feely board books but the stories are carp!

In TK Maxx today I noticed quite a lot of the sets that we've been getting from bargain books direct - they had the helen oxenbury one, the wibbly pig, the kipper one, the how much I love you one, all much dearer! I wonder if they're using them as a supplier??!

So my cousin just posted an open invite on FB asking if anyone wants to go see Take That with him next year, I said yes, DH came back in the room so I told him I was off to see TT and he actually laughed in my face. Charming.

If I don't see you before, have a lovely holiday Jillie x

I got the bookstart books from the "hv" the other week and one of them was one of the ones from the Helen Oxenbury set and wondered the same thing!!

Yes I've seen the ticket prices. Bit steep really but I reckon it'd be worth it. They'll put on an amazing show!

It's showing those for Manchester too on the reserved seating. The pitch standing and lower tier (general admission) is just the £55 plus £5 booking fee.

I think it's shocking how much they get away with charging for tickets now.

I'd love to go and see TT, I really cant afford it though :(

I'd rather see the Foo Fighters in MIlton Keynes though, they're playing with Jimmy Eat World, I died a little bit inside when I realised nthere was no feasible way I could go :o
The night after we got back from the last Foo's gig in Wembley when they played with Zeppelin was the night S was conceived :)

Annoyed I could only get the ASOS code to work once! I didnt need it, but still annoying when people have managed to put through so many, its like ASOS are picking on meeeeee

I know....I was a Boyzone gal and I'd pay silly prices to see them if it was the only way. Daft really coz they can only charge so much coz they know people will pay.

I remember my Mum going to see Neil Diamond and paying £75....she said she didn't mind coz it had to cover his air fare to get here :rotfl:
